Phoenix Tent & Event Rentals

I was severely disappointed with the customer service, or lack there of, at this less than fine establishment. My group attempted to use your services and pay you good money but we were met with a brick wall of dispicabley rude employees that laughed at our requests. I will not be using this company again and severally hope your company invests more in curating a more welcoming customer support group.

We used Phoenix Tent rentals for our wedding. The staff were amazing! So outgoing and extremely accommodating. I had to make a last minute change by adding an extra panel and they did not make it into a big deal at all. Thanks for the hard work and setting up a beautiful tent.

Phoenix setup a tent for our wedding and they were amazing! The tent itself was perfect for our event, it was affordable, the panels were clean, the crew was professional and friendly and got creative when the hard mountain ground made it difficult to secure the tent and make sure it was safe! They succeeded and did their job perfectly. tear down went just as well and if we ever have an event that will require a tent they will be our first call.

We used Phoenix for our wedding this September. I booked with them a year in advance and have nothing but great things to say about the company and Jessa. They helped me determine the size of tent and lay out I would need by sending me examples of how each would look and giving me options to try and keep costs down. They were the same cost as the others place I looked at but gave me the most help which is why they got my business. Everything arrived on time and was picked up when it was suppose to be. The quality was great and the tent looked amazing.

I produce community arts events, and in June where Pheonix Tents sent out a truck with several pop up tents and 3 marquees to be set up. Not one of the marquee tents was ever successfully set up by their staff. They showed up on site with their trucked packed with the dolly lodged in the back. Their staff had never set up a marquee tent before, and were cursing and sweating trying for over 2hrs to get just one set up. Our event team finally put a stop to it and helped them load everything back in the truck -- this cost us 3 hours of set up time and crew labour on our end. We were fortunate to end up with an overcast day with no rain. It took a month to get a reimbursement for the tents. However, Lori finally messaged me back 3 months later to let us know that she won't be reimbursing us for the delivery of these tents, the staff time, and the concrete blocks which never even came off of the truck. This is over $900 owing to us. As a non-profit arts group, this hurts hard. I write this as a warning that this company was not only unable to actually set up the rentals they said they'd deliver, but also made us still cover costs for their mistake. They've certainly lost our business, and with this post likely many other clients.

Do yourself a favor and book with On Time party rentals instead. Phoenix was unprofessional, rude, unaccommodating and clearly not interested in creating good relationships with customers. DO NOT waste your money with these guys!!

I wish that Google allowed a 0 star rating. Phoenix was great at making our reservation and taking our money, that is about as far at their excellence" goes. No one showed up for our site visit on Sept 5th which we planned our entire long weekend around. I had to call Phoenix 4 times to to finally reach Lori who informed me that it was her who probably just did not show up. Lori also advised that she was very busy driving to Seattle. Our phone conversation was brief to say the least.Jessa was the more helpful of the two and did apologize that no one showed up when I informed her. However like I said

We used Phoenix Tent Rentals through Confetti Party Rentals for our recent backyard wedding. The set up and take down was seamless. The tents looked great in the yard. The clear panels were a great addition! I would recommend them for your tent rental needs.

Phoenix Tent & Event Rentals did the tents for our recent fundraising event for United Way's GenNext initiative. They were fantastic to work with - from planning and advice, to the installation and take-down. Their team was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. We will absolutely work with them again!
