Gerald was awesome to deal with, I called a few company’s trying to get inspections done on a new acreage that I’m buying, he was the only company that was able to do all 3 inspections home/septics and water wells, turned out that I had Coop wells on the land and he was able to do septic and home inspections.Gerald was easy to work with, I was by his side looking at things he was inspecting and he answered all my questions that I had, there’s a few things that I pointed out that he was fast to explain an easy fix or a solution very highly recommend!He also arrived before I did to the property witch is always a good thing to be on time especially when he came from high river to Calgary! At 9 am in the morning

I highly recommend Gerald as a building inspector!He inspected our house before we bought it. Gerald’s inspection was thorough, detailed and professional. He is professional and approachable, very willing to explain the different relevant aspects of the inspection, as well as answer our many questions. It was evident that Gerald has an extensive construction background as he was very knowledgeable about many different aspects of our home. He found several defects and documented them well enough that we were able to use that to re-negotiate the price of our home fairly.Again, highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic experience. We had 2 new home inspections done by SureWorx. One of the properties had a foundation issue and the basement floor was completely uneven. SureWorx detected the issues; which we had the seller fix before closing. We thank our lucky stars we found these guys. I wish I could give 6 stars.

We bought our home 14 months ago. Gerald did a thorough inspection and found so many things we would have never noticed. With his findings we were able to negotiate a lower price with the sellers and are now slowly knocking the suggested items to fix off our list. A few months before we bought our home, we had put in another offer on a different home. Gerald inspected it and once again found so many things wrong with it which we couldn't see for ourselves. We decided not to move forward with purchasing the home. Gerald was so thorough that even the seller requested to pay part of the inspection because they wanted to know all the things that were wrong with their property. The reason I'm writing this now is because we contacted Gerald about a month ago for suggestions on how we can fix one of the issues, within a day he was at our place sharing his expertise. The guy is committed to providing quality service. If you want the best be sure to contact Gerald. It will save you thousands!
