Not going to lie, I was a little skeptical at first, having walked into a basement of a residential building at an introductory price of $40 but it ended up being a wonderful surprise! Probably one of the best massages I've had to date. Not only is Ryan extremely knowledgeable, he really took the time to help me relax and work through all of my problem areas. He also had me demonstrate my current foam rolling techniques and provided me with corrections and better methods. I also love the Japanese mint essential oil he uses. Looking forward to my next appointment!

I was in a lot of pain and got a same day appointment. He was able to significantly reduce my pain with massage and muscle manipulation. He also gave me lots of exercises and things to try at home to stop it from happening again. I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience. I would highly recommend.
