Rad Shop The and Full Automotive

Great service. Very professional. I decided to take my car to the Rad Shop after a few local recommendations. The damage was assessed and Bruce walked me through the issues of repairing the car.The front of the car looks new. I'm impressed by the quality of repairs and the paint job. They take their job seriously.Highly recommended for their honesty and quality of work!

I am pretty disappointed ☹️ I booked my car in a week and a half prior as I was moving and was trying to slide her in … my vehicle is kinda overheating not to really running 3/4 hot I couldn’t figure it out but I needed to to run between muskoka and orillia so I tried to do my homework and sought out a speciality shop for heating a cooling I assumed The Rad shop would be … I dropped my vehicle off at 8 am by 2 pm with no call I called to check on my car they didn’t know who I was or what car I was taking about then said it was done … I was so happy was told my fluid was down and a new clamp was needed .. I went to the shop paid over 200.00 for that service and the gentleman said it was all good it didn’t get hot on them and they could go further but it would be more money I was happy that he had it fixed and I was out , I felt like he saved me money … got in the car and 15 minutes after driving it was doing the exact thing it was when I brought it going 3/4 so obviously not tested properly … so now unfortunately I have to try another mechanic in a town I am not totally familiar with I feel like my time and money was completely wasted will not recommend I don’t even have the confidence to take it back to them as I was told “they could run a bunch more tests but it would cost a bunch more “

Today came to the rad shop with a leak. Busy as they are they took the time to assess my vehicle outside with no charge and had no intention of squeezing any moneys from me. He asked if I had the know how to do it myself at home, I said yes, he gave me what I needed and told me the problem and where it was. The leak has been fixed and I recommend anyone reading this to head here if they have any issues!!

Just had the truck in for a engine light, it was miss firing on one cylinder. Has all 16 plugs replaced and a coil block replaced, one week later a another coil block went (witch they said might happen), so replace another coil block and the Engine is working BETTER then I first bought it 10 years ago.I've never been able to drive it over 100km without the truck shacking, all the other shops I've bin too checked the suspension & found nothing, it now speeds up to 110km with NO PROBLEMS.Thank you for the great work you gentlemen did and happy Holidays.

i’ve used the rad shop to pressure test various metal coolant pipes, intercoolers and rads it’s always priced fairly takes about 10 mins and all the staff are nice and friendly we’ll your there getting it done. highly recommend!

Took my truck here after being referred from another shop to have my rad looked at for potential oil leaking into the tank. Their service time was fast and the price was great. They took the time to explain everything and all my options before making any decisions. Definitely recommend, truck is running great!
