Customer service is terrible. We called in to check if they take photo for infant visa/passport and he said yet. However, when we visited this place he was unable to guide us in how to position the baby to click a photo.

Terrible customer service. She tried to charge me a higher price and then I showed her the price online, and she eventually agreed to it. Photos are awful and were refused at Service Canada. Made multiple trips back here to have them redone, only to be given new information and unpleasant attitude each time. Still don’t have adequate photos. Waste of time and complete rip-off!

Visa photos work done very fast and efficient. They take a couple of them so you can chose which one you like.

Do NOT get passport photos here!!! The photos they provided were not accepted because they were over exposed. When I went back they printed out the same photos for me and asked me to pay again…for the same photos.
