Great Canadian Oil Change

Friendly, fantastic service. In and out quick with an oil change and a new headlight bulb installed.

Congratulation on hiring young men of integrity who took the time and in a Courteous manner explained to me that if I was having problems with heat in my van I should probably get a mechanic to check the thermostats before getting the rad flushed as it would have to be done again if the thermostat was the problem. As a Senior I appreciate this more than I can say. I will be back in the spring to get my oil changed if needed. Thanks again guys.

Great people I had a issue with my car leaking oil they got me in right away showed me what happend and why is was leaking and made sure everything was good. They worked fast efficiently and tell you what they are doing would definitely go again and recommend to friends

Sure love the idea of driving in and getting my oil change. What I don’t love?? Is belching by employee’s! Not a excuse me, or anything! Just belching away, and when the comment was made about having a big lunch, was laughed off and continued with more belching.Very disrespectful and disgusting.And I will add, this was more than one employee doing it.

Excellent service! My car developed a massive oil leak 2 weeks after a routine oil change and I worried that my car was improperly serviced. When I asked them to check it out they welcomed me to come and diagnosed the issue quickly.Turned out there was damage incurred after the oil change but they still diagnosed the issue and gave me professional advice - at no charge. Very pleased!

These guys and gal blew me out of the water with their service , will definitely be back to this location for next oil change. Highly recommend!

Words cannot simply describe the level of service I got from the team working on Saturday May 13th 2023. I brought my truck in for a normal oil change, everything was going great until I was asked to start the engine up so they could do their final checks. It was at this time the starter in my truck made a bang followed by a loud zing noise. The starter failed while I was stuck over the pit. The guys were great they helped me get it pushed outside the building. I was able to find a new starter across the street at Canadian Tire, but I did not have any tools with me to start changing it. The guys hooked my up with a socket set so that I was able to remove the starter and install a new one. Unfortunately the new starter was also no good and had a broken casting. I returned their tools and called for a ride home. I had about an hour and fifteen minute wait so I just hung out in the truck waiting. The guys brought me out water and numerous times came out to check on me to make sure I was doing alright. The next day I came back with another new starter and my own tools this time, even still they came out to check on me and make sure I was doing ok, and that I didn't need anything. Cant say enough good about those fella's, they really went above and beyond to help me out in a frustrating situation.

The wait was explained as I arrived. Did not have to wait as long as said. Service was done quickly. Did not feel the technician pushed anything else on me which was appreciated. Thorough and provided good report
