Lovely to do business with very professional good work

Very good service, our company was looking for some body work that would keep the truck from rusting and look decent, not back to factory conditions though. After searching around in Simcoe and Delhi, this place was the best. They understood what we were trying to do, and were willing to provide that level of service for a very reasonable price. They have an excellent staff that emailed us the quote quickly, got us scheduled in, and let us know promptly when the work was done. Everything was as quoted, and they even went above and beyond on some spots that were unrelated to the main quote.Very much recommend, and we will start here if we have body work in the future.

While traveling we picked up a rock chip, we called as this was the only place open with availability. Once they found out where we were staying, they called a closer shop to us so we didn't have to travel in a snow storm to get our windshield repaired. Very much appreciated that they were more concerned about our safety than their bottom line! Thank you and merry Christmas!

After having my brand new 2021 Ford F150 peppered by a snow plows salter causing many paint chips, i took my truck to FIX AUTO NORFOLK. The guys there are the best of the best anyone who knows car paint knows that the Ford rapid red tricoat (paint code D4) is near impossible to colour match but somehow the guys there got it 110% perfect my brand new truck looks brand new again a huge thanks to every one that works there for taking such great care of my truck while you were working on it i would reccomend that if you care about your vehicle and want it done right the first time take it to FIX AUTO NORFOLK

Had my bumper repaired and taillight replaced insurance I ask how much to fix front bumper they said 200.00 I said fix all they did was glued it back together No fill in No paint doesn't look any better than when I took it in

Had to have the headlight unit replaced after I was backed into. Fix Auto was very professional and fast service. Prompt to call and easy to deal with.

Pretty disappointed with the workmanship, I've held off writing this review but decided to in the end. Had my car door and quarter panel repaired roughly 6 months ago and keep finding things wrong. All of the dent removal was done flawlessly, but unfortunately this excellence did not continue through the rest of the work.The disassembly and reassembly of the door was done poorly and all the clips inside the door were broken with bolts loose moving around inside the door which were noisy. The clear vinyl stone guard was no reapplied after paint and the vehicle was covered in over pray. Not only on the wheels and inner fender liner ( luckily I thought ahead and sent the car with the spare tires on it), also the rear glass and areas of the other side of the car are coated in overspray, which is very obvious as my car is bright orange. Very disappointed with how little care was taken. However, the customer service was excellent and I cannot fault whoever did the dent removal. Wish I could go back here because I really liked the people, but the work was subpar.
