Had such a lovely experience in the store yesterday! Adrian was so knowledgeable and helped us out. I was upset that my film camera had broken on my holiday, but Adrian put a smile back on my face as he helped me find another alternative. He didn’t just sell me the camera, but took his time to talk me through all the available options to make sure I got the right fit. Thanks Adrian! 100% recommended.

I can't share my gratitude enough of my experience with Windsor Photo Outfitters. Brought my lens for repair as another camera store could not fix it. Adrian took the time to explain and show me what he believes was the problem. His customer service and communication was above and beyond- he is very honest and knowledgeable. Very reasonable rates as well. Got my lens back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you once again!

I seldom give bad reviews but I felt I needed to share my experience with this business. Called this guy and asked him to digitize old pictures. We can’t keep the originals as my mother had no place to store them in her retirement home. Not to even mention the cost of transporting them to Alberta where she now lives. He rudely told me he wouldn’t participate in destroying originals. I said he wouldn’t have to but I would take care of them. He said he wouldn’t participate in that and hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

This guy is very knowledgeable about not only the craft of photography but a vast range of equipment. He cleaned very large projector lenses that will soon be used for the Senate Theater in Detroit. They were in rough shape and it was very involved a few hours on each and he was delighted on how well they turned out. Hopfully today i can get them installed to build a new tradition at the theater. Thanks.

I've only recently got into film photography, and Adrian has immense wealth of knowledge in the field. His turn around time on repairs is very quick, and pricing is more than fair, especially considering it's local! I highly recommend visiting, you will leave learning something new each time, and knowing that your gear is in good hands when it needs to be serviced.

Adrian was very helpful and knowledgeable assisting me with choosing a camera.Purchased 2 film cameras and a Fujifilm Instax (polaroid) camera here. Very reasonable prices and great quality!Will definitely recommend if you are looking to get a used camera for learning photography or just for fun:)

Love this place! The guy who owns it has a wealth if knowledge about cameras and photography. He keeps film alive! And will develop your black and white film for you. I recently purchased a Nikon F5 with two lenses and feel safe knowing I got a fair price and a well preserved camera.Keep film and local businesses alive by going here for all your photography needs! (He also sells B&W film for cheap and everything to start your own dark room)
