I've made 3 online purchases through Voxels website now and have been extremely satisfied with the prompt shipping and well packaged items. This last purchase, I had a few questions and received answers the very next morning. Philippe was amazing to deal with and went above and beyond answering my questions and added in some extra advice! 100% recommend and will order from again!

Very nice, impressive , welcoming place and not to mention a fantastic service!I just went there to get some 3dlac glues (which by the way are the best for petg/ abs) and I was given an amazing tour and explanation of 3d printing.Also; I'm very confident that beginners are in safe hands going there.They have high end filaments mostly polymakers' and their ownand3d printers like the ultimaker s5 and budget printers like creality as well.All the best.

I made my first purchase online with Voxel Factory just a week ago. I chose them because of the excellent prices and because they are one of the few places to get genuine Prusa parts in Canada. The product arrived quickly and was well packed. Unfortunately there was a missing component.Their service department was fast and responsive and quickly made things right. They also chose to remove the upgrade kit while they fix the missing parts. That is truly wonderful customer service this day and age. I highly recommend shopping for all of your 3D printing needs with Voxel Factory.

From the start, my experience with Voxel Factory has been nothing short of stellar! I was kept posted on any developments with my shipment and am thoroughly enjoying my Prusa printer. The build quality is excellent and the prints are super. I did however need a replacement part, which was not the biggest of deals (the pushbutton on the lcd became fussy on mine). Despite that very minor glitch, I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Voxel Factory, as the team handled the NO CHARGE replacement in record speed. Big shout out to all the hard working, conscientious staff in both BC and QC!!!

If you like 3d printing a place not to miss, for big and small kids. Staff is extra friendly & knowledgeable. A must see.

Samuel was super helpful and answered all of my questions very thoroughly, while sharing real, not just surface level, knowledge of numerous materials and processes for FDM/SLS/Resin printers. I really learned a lot!Voxel Factory's shelves are full of items sure to make any 3D printing enthusiast feel like a kid in a candy store. Olsen Ruby Nozzle, E3D V6 hotend, Pallete Pro 2. The stuff you wish in your dreams your local electronics store would stock. There's nothing like holding it in your hand, as you already know.They've also got many parts on display in a variety of materials including PLA/TPU/PETG/Nylon, so you can experience what parts in these materials actually look and feel like BEFORE spending dozens upon dozens of hours trying to get them to print properly.If you're into 3d printing at all, you need to stop by here.
