After purchasing an item from S&J online it came minus a couple items that were overlooked which is understandable given the recent rush over twinklesocks' latest mandate.After reaching out to them they quickly sent the items and possibly even threw in a little bonus for my troubles that I wasnt expecting. Quite pleased with how they corrected a minor issue and ensured I was happy.Will definately do business again based off their service. Calling is probably quicker than emailing if you need to get in touch.

Items were sent out late and were shipped as ground shipping even though I paid for priority. The manager was rude and was not enthusiastic about fixing the mistakeEdit: I will update to 3 stars due to the prompt e transfer and for the fact that you are a small business. However, after telling me my product has been shipped on Tuesday when it wasn’t and then shipping it the cheapest method when I paid triple for the fastest shipping, you offer a 5% discount on an already overpriced item. Furthermore, telling me to “adjust my expectations” after all of this is unwarranted. My expectations are that I receive what I pay for which could have avoided this whole problem

TOP NOTCH! after having a terrible experience purchasing a shotgun from another supplier I called S&J and boy am I glad that I did! Excellent service from Simon and I'm blown away by the quality of the product they sell! I can't recommend them enough!!!

Shop elsewhere! Communication is useless with these guys once they have your money. Yes parts arrived weeks later, however no reply to muktiple emails asking for assistance from s&j to check if there was any problems with the postage

Not really impressed or satisfied with the level of service I've recieved with S&J. Ordered a mag tube clamp and a light rail and the package arrived (after a considerable amount of time) without the included hex key and friction pads that the item description stated it would have. No replies to email enquiries or phone calls have been given to me , despite the promise on their answering machine that we'll call you back within 24 hours."The product is not bad but if you're missing a part

Happy with the products - no doubt - from a business perspective flat rate minimum shipping is a gauge for small items that would otherwise only ship for <$10. I want to pay for what I'm getting not someone else's deal, that could be improved.

I bought some 3a plates from them a few months ago. I had a few questions beforehand that they answered quickly via email. So far their customer service has been great so they've earned my business again.
