This store is the most unorganized store in all of Canadian Tire Stores in Ontario. Never call back when they give you a rain check, always one cashier on with 12 custoners in line, can't find any help on the floor, won't honour posted prices on the shelf etc. I feel that a change in franchise ownership would turn this store around.

Pleasantly surprised.Not only was the work done well within the estimated time frame, but the garage staff carefully protected the seats and interior from grease and dirt stains. That extra bit of consideration is greatly appreciated. Good customer service folks - keep it up. Thx

Ordered a role of lawn edging at 244. Just received now at 410 total incompetence product number was written down wrong and no one thought to call and check with me. They just left me sitting here for an hour. Good thing I called them or I would still be waiting.

Went through 2 people to order stain, ordered then called to make sure it was done properly has I needed the stain asap ! Still got it wrong, they ordered solid instead of semi transparent and believe me it was made very clear what I needed with the 2 staff I spoke too. Now I have to wait another 10-14 days, no apologies, nothing, no one cares anymore, it's just a job right ?

The store is clean, and the pricing and product selection is great. My ONLY complaint is that you need to be very careful with some of the cashiers. The students are always very polite and give great service, but one of the older staff members reacted like I killed her dog when I tried helping her locate a SKU on a product. I guess I threatened her pride? Nasty attitude. Steer clear of the boomers.

Adequate selection of goods and tools. Will bring in anything not in stock as with all Canadian Tire stores. Staff and sadly management are hit and miss for customer service making me bypass this store whenever possible. Have gone to corporate to complain with no avail as the Kirkland Lake location called me regarding my problem for some reason, not the Kapuskasing location. Have had a manager refuse to allow me to use my status card and points card on same purchase. Has so much potential though. Parts counter staff are always good to me I must add.
