I called them 2x, one week between calls and still never got a call back from them. They kept saying I'll let Roger know...blah blah". It's been 3 weeks now since I first called them

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Roger’s. We just moved into our new house and the water heater went in the evening. After calling the emergency call out number I had a call back in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later they arrived with a new water heater and an hour after arriving it was installed. It was impossible to tell they’d been here, it was left that clean. Thank you for the incredible service! Very fast, professional and clean service. I’d easily recommend Roger’s to anyone!

We found a leak in our plumbing system and even though it was not urgent (we could turn off a tap to close the leak) they responded quickly, and came and fixed our leak for a very affordable price! Thank you, Roger and crew!

Great service from Roger, office staff and the installers.

Rogers came to change out a loud blower fan. When they changed it, it became even louder. They then left without giving any kind of solution.I also had a loud air exchange which the tech 'fixed' by taking a garbage piece of Styrofoam and stuffing it between the AE and the floor joist. The tech apparently also bumped some wires and left the AE not operating.I had to call for them to come back to fix the AE and to replace the squirrel cage on my blower fan but was told that they were too busy, and waited for a month before calling again and having them send someone the next day.They then charged me again for travel... and for an hour of labour for a job that took exactly 30 minutes to complete. With travel and labour, they charged me a total of 4 hours of work. Not to mention that they said they would come back for free to fix my AE, and then charged me anyway.Just overall unprofessional.
