Excellent sales experience with Andrew. They sales person and the dealership is not just there to sell but actually advises you and helped us with the best deal. Delivery experience was amazing, They went over every aspect of the vehicle to help us settle into our new vehicle.

I have had a horrible experience with this dealership. My car broke down in Trenton and was sent to Kingston for emergency service, with full coverage on my car. Prior to fixing the car Kathy Finn informed me that I will be fully covered. Then the next day AFTER fixing my car they notified me that I will be charged for the service and am not covered under warranty… I have been going in circles with their service team. Escalating to Ed Junior the Manager, he told me his hands are tied. My car is stuck and I have no resolution being provided by the dealership. Utterly horrible experience, something one should never experience with Mercedes benz. Don’t come here for service unless you want to be left with a lengthy bill and lack of communication.UPDATE: false claims made by Ed Junior “Manager of Sales”. My car broke down in the town of Trenton and had to be taken to the closest dealership; had I known this is how they treat paying customers I would have refused the tow. Initially, I was told my car will be covered under warranty, only AFTER the job was done did they tell me it is not covered. Forcing me to pay. Secondly, after working a long 12 hour shift, I paid over $300 in travel to get to my car with zero assistance in accommodating my needs. Finally get to this dump of a dealership, and am handed a machine to pay for the service.. no hi, no apology, no remorse or communication. Absolutely disgusting to say the least. This is NOT what I paid when I bought a Mercedes. This is NOT “luxury” service. On top of which, when I escalated my claim, I was told that they sent pictures to the claims individuals when in actuality no pictures were sent, luckily I took my tire with me. Absolutely horrible customer service experience, false claims being made, lack of empathy. Maybe it’s because I’m not from their town? Not what I expected when dealing with a stressful situation, and especially in an emergency out of my hometown. Horrendous experience to say the least.

I woke up to my Smart EV throwing a bunch of error codes Monday morning. I called the dealer and received excellent service. Everyone I talked to was very pleasant. Pam was my service advisor and not only was she incredibly friendly but she was completely upfront with every cost associated with the repair. I was initially told it'd be likely Wednesday until they could diagnose the issue but the problem was fixed by noon on Tuesday.I'm thrilled with not only the level of customer service I received but how willing they were to work on a car that is near 10 years old now and isn't even sold in Canada anymore.

250 dollars to get my software updated in my 2018 c43 ?? No, I do not think so. I am not paying 250 to get my car updated that's just ridiculous.The purpose of me calling mercedes kingston was because I called the mercedes mbrace support to enter my Vin. They told me I needed to go to a dealership to register and update the software in my car. I hate being scammed out of money for a software update.First question asked was if I bought my car there. I feel like if I said yes I would of got a different response. Either way what a hoax to get more money so I can use my navigation system.Edit - no offense to the person delivering my message, you were just the messenger to the nonsense 250 software update. You were nice and professional.

The Mercedes - Benz dealer in Kingston is truly Amazing. From the first phone call they were friendly and courteous. When my wife and I arrived for our appointment, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. We were offered water and coffee and a very comfortable place to relax while our car was being fixed. There mechanic John came out to the waiting area twice, and brought me back to the service area to show me what the problem was, and what they were planning to do to fix it. I'm 62 year old and have never had better service. They seem to actually care about us and our happiness with there service. I hope that I don't have any other problems with the car, but if I do, we look forward to going back. Thank you very much Mercedes Kingston.
