Good prices however they were letting 50% of the store in without masks for a long time. When asked about it the answer was Our Boss/Company informed us that we are unable to REFUSE purchases to people even if they don't have a mask on"So finally this past week their are new bright signs stating masks NEED to be worn

I paid and their machins mafunctioned. I knew it was approved since the machine had said approved. I pulled up my electronic statement and showed them the transaction. They told me it didn't matter that I had proof and tried to tell me that it was not approved. I took my purchase that I paid for after arguing with him that I was not paying again for it and bringing them my statement in a few days for a refund. It was right there in black and white. Will never go back there. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Definitely has the cheapest prices in the area. Not a huge beer selection unfortunately. There's constantly good sales, the staff are all super friendly and easy to talk to.

They ALWAYS have promotional sales on for some wines at good prices and at least a few spirits in each category are on sale as well. The sales rotate, so if they have what you like, it might be on sale. A good little local spot. Not a place to go to ask questions or do custom orders, but this rating is based solely on the fact that they ALWAYS have sales on wines and spirits. What else matters, as long as you have an idea of what your looking for?

They advertise cold beer lolYes I expect cold beers and just bought a case of beer and it's room temperature.Most importantly while I was paying for my case of beer the 2 cashiers and another guy were talking loud together the whole time in their language.No acknowledgement at all not a single word or eye contact.With that kind of not friendly service they should have self checkout and look at the receipt at the door.0 star experience.

Clean orderly spacious with wide selection. They have some good specials on value beer packs but you have to get them when on special.Ie $18.99 for 15 pack of Lucky Lager or 17.99 for 15 can pack of Pilsener.

There are 3 unmarked security guards who work here. They regularly chase out shoplifters into traffic and attempt to perform citizen's arrests. I have seen this cause a huge traffic jam, as good Samaritans attempt to stop what looks like a kidnapping. 3 thugs in tshirts attempting to handcuff a small girl, somehow failing, causing her to run across 6 lanes of busy traffic.They say this saves them money, but you can go to the Sobey's liqour store 1 block away where they employ 1 uniformed security guard, instead of 3 unmarked. I have yet to see any incidents spill out into traffic at Sobey's.STOP PAYING YOUNG MEN TO BEAT UP GIRLS IN THE STREET

Purchased a bottle of captain Morgan's and six pack of coolers. While taking out of car the bottle fell through the bag. There were holes in the corner. When I phoned the staff they were very uncooperative and refused to give me a new bottle. When I asked for there head office number they wouldn't give it to me and told me to google" it. The men that work in this store are very unfriendly. I have never had good service. I only go because of the deals. But I guess they won't get my business and I will tell everyone what a bunch of awful people work there. Minus 100 stars. Wouldn't let me post without a star"
