Aside from offering me a better option on the way I received my order, I received exceptional service when I ran into a problem with the compatibility of my much older version of the software and accessing my data. I’m helpless with tech stuff. I thought a digital download would be simple. It wasn’t. I didn’t even realize I’d purchased from a third party on Best Buy. I clicked the phone number in the email. It was 7pm on Thursday night before the Easter long weekend. Sean answered. Told me he was out but he’d call me back. 10am the next morning I had a call back, a replacement emailed to me. Then around 1 I couldn’t get it working. He emailed me back within 45 seconds and then ended up calling me and going on my computer for almost an hour while we sorted through and got things done. On a holiday. Of a long weekend. For almost an hour. Top tier product indeed but the costumer service? Next level!! Thank you so much Sean for making this super easy for me to use!!
