Everything was great! Craig was very informative and responsive, always quick to respond to the many questions I had. Install went smooth, and the guys doing the install were prompt and professional. Definitely happy with our unit and the service we received.

We applied for the government grant and were advised to install equipment (heat pumps) that were not in the list for the grant.These people were supposed to be advisors from a list provided to be certified by the government. The person that provided de serial numbers for the equipment installed gave the wrong numbers or installed equipment not in the list of approved equipment and we never got any money back. A total rip off since we bought the most expensive equipments worth 10,000 dollars and at the end we never received money back. Hire a more professional company that know what they are doing.

We had an older ducted heat pump that finally gave out. We were expecting that to happen and when the tech arrived he confirmed. He laid out options for us repair or replace and discussed the pros and cons. Craig came and gave us a very competitive quote for the type of unit we bought. They stayed true to their promise on installation dates, walked us through what to expect. The installers were fantastic, professional, and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Bob’s Cool Air to anyone. Thanks so much Craig and team!

Was having an issue with my mini split. Jessica was the person I spoke with. She gave me great advice. I mentioned in passing I was missing a remote and she contacted the company and was able to get me a remote at no cost under the previous owners warranty. This company didn’t not install the mini splits but they will be the only company I go to for service. Jessica went above and beyond today!

We recently had a Trane heat pump and furnace installed and love the heat that it gives and can't wait to try the AC this summer for the first time. This company offers excellent service, very professional and knowledgeable, and Craig, the sales person, was not pushy at all. We did not feel like we had to purchase right away, and gave us time to think about it. He did a thorough inspection of the house and was able to answer all questions. The installers were very friendly and pleasant. We highly recommend this company.
