Mahima was so amazing. She had knowledge thank goodness was kind,caring and patient with me.i spent a great deal of time with her . I had my cellphone stolen when I was in the hospital and was really concerned as I had three thousand dollars of Bluejays tickets on it. I can be a little difficult to work with sometimes. I walked out of the store very satisfied. Thank you so much Mahima.

I got my daughter her first phone from mom for her birthday. Super helpful took the time to answering questions we had. We got a great price I would recommend anyone trying them out before they go to the big stores.

I had the best experience here. I knew I wanted to get a new phone, unfortunately at the time my current provider was not offering any points or sales for a valued customer. So, I looked at other providers and made a switch. Not only did I get the phone I wanted, but I received a number of optimum points which paid for my phone, phone case and groceries! Today, I still have some points saved. I also still love my phone. Thank you so much Roberto. I recommend every day !

Terrible.Staff that works there has no knowledge of what they are selling. I was sold a plan that was suppose to have data which was untrue. When I complained that I had no data and wanted my money back, they wouldn't reimburse me fully, giving me PCPoints as part of the reimbursement. It was extremely frustrating as not even the manager could resolvethe issue.

I went in to upgrade my phone and the experience I had was first rate! Sagar greeted me and walked me through my choices giving me valuable information so I could make the right decision. He offered expert advice and was friendly and engaging, he then had his coworker Mo sync up my new phone while this took place Taulant ( lead mobilist) and Mo kept me engaged by talking about their experiences here ! It was the best time I've ever had purchasing ANYTHING! I felt like I made friends while I was there. An amazing bunch of guys!!

A weak company with not knowladgable staff. They never solve your issue even dont know about their website. just repeat so sorry . Once I needed just a statement and by calling ,they could not give it . Another issue I changed my bank account last month and for two consecutive months they have suspended my number. As I talked to customer service ,he referred me to a shop or online .As I told him I tried your website and it required a pin code ,he went to website and said I am sorry but I dont know why you cant see automatic paymentand sorry you must go to shop .redicculous.

I have usually had good customer service at this shop, however I have to say Mahima is exceptional. She has helped me twice now and both times, she has been knowledgeable, friendly, patient and informative. Mahima will be an asset wherever she is.Leslie, a happy customer.
