All the negative reviews are correct, we signed up for their services in 2019. In February 2020, they called asking to see if we wanted their services again to which I declined. They called on three more occasions which is very annoying and I continued to say no and to stop calling. In May, they sent someone to our house to start a treatment, I stopped him mid-treatment and told him we did not want the service, he said he would not invoice us. We then received invoices and I have called three times to get them cancelled and we keep receiving new bills. Terrible company that has to try and scam people to stay in business, avoid at all costs

See first hand my lawn. I have used Mr Gazon for years. I thought to use someone new, local and better customer service.Wow was I ever disappointed. I would never recommend this company to service my lawn. When trying to gain your business they are persistant and friendly and knowledge.There talk does not match the expected results needed for a good lawn. I have weeds all the time. After numerous services calls and multiple visits the lawn was still not weed free. I called, complained and even expressed concern that my lawn is not getting the service it needs.Its not about price, price was in line with other providers. I thought to try something new ans was disppointed. Next year i will certaintly go back to the tried and true Mr Gazon. They may not have the been customer service but i never had to call them to service my grass for weeds.Espaces Verts stay away. Be advised.

The worst customer service EVER!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would! I called super frustrated about the last service call and rather than say sorry how can we make it better; the agent argued with me and when I said I want to cancel to please have someone call me she said it would be 3-5 days! It takes a company 3-5 days to call back a frustrated paying customer?! I tried writing to them and got no response! Counting down the days till the last service call so I can be done with them! She said because I prepaid that I can’t cancel and get reimbursed and that I have to call back after the last service call to say that I don’t want them next year! I honestly don’t know how they are still in business with the lack of customer service and numerous bad reviews!

The worst customer service ever.I used to cancel my contract even before first treatment because they were impolite and liar liar.Don't trust on them.They wont stop calling you even I asked them several times with bad experience I had.They never apologized and never wanted to know about the issue.They wont treat you then how you expect to treat your lawn.they asked for my address below, they have all my info (Tel & address) they call and send mail for contract. but before you have to understand what you did. I noticed they changed their name maybe because of bad image!

Rick from EspacesVerts has been doing our lawn for years, yes you as the homeowner need to do your part but our lawn is the most beautiful on the street thanks to Rick's great service, and advice. Merci - EspacesVerts & Rick!!!

Dont waste your time and money. My grass is worst now then before i use their services. They wont give your money if you have problems (false advertising).

Avoid this company. Terrible TERRIBLE service. I gave them a call in August 2020, just to get a quote, they got my address to give me a quote, A few days later, they sent technicians to do a service, I never even asked for!! Then they sent me a bill cliaming for a job that they never did! and they kept calling me since then, asking me to pay the bill!! and threatening me to proceed with a collecting agency if I don't pay it right away!!I have never seen such a thing before! Terrible company which scams people to stay in business. Do not even think of calling them... I wish I saw all these negative reviews before giving them a call. AVOID THEM.

Payed for 5 treatments and only got 2. They say you have unlimited service calls and when I actually made one the guy actually never even got out of truck to do anything apart from dropping some paper off in my mailbox to say he actually did. I actually spent the 10 minutes watching him. Completely BS service. Must avoid!

I would put zero stars if I could.AVOID MAKING CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY TRICK AND HARASS PEOPLE. They are not honest.This company uses predatory sales practices, puts words in your mouth when you inquire about their services, sends people to your house when you’ve not asked for it, and then harasses you afterwards to pay for something you never wanted in the first place.I filled out an online form asking for a quote, and was contacted by someone who tried to push me to give my credit card information. I asked for the quote for services to be sent to me by email, and the woman insisted that someone from the local branch would call me. I said fine, but I won’t agree on the phone, I need to see a quote by email. Someone else called me, confirmed my email address, and then outlined the same services that the earlier caller had been telling me about. I said ok fine, please send this to me by email. I never agreed to anything. A few days later, there was a man in my backyard spraying products. I asked him to leave, and he handed me a bill. He also left a stick in the grass with a paper saying pesticides had been used and to stay off for 48-72 hours. I was furious! I had never agreed to these services. Then, when I called, I was told that my phone call was recorded and would be reviewed to see if I had in fact agreed. I did listen to them playing it back, and nothing in the call was a genuine “meeting of the minds” to use a contract law term - I didn’t agree to anything and it was clear I just wanted to end the call. I specifically asked for the info to be sent to me by email.Why doesn’t this company focus on customer service for people who want their services and stop trying to scam and bully people who don’t!
