Awesome customer service and good quality vacuums!I ordered a wrong filter by mistake, contacted their customer service regarding this issue thinking they prob want me to return the filter which means it will cost me to ship back. Instead, they just sent me a right one with no cost. What a great service philosophy! Besides, their vacuums are the best for the price. My lightweight magic vac works like a charm, good for light everyday use. My heavy-duty upright vac is fantastic for cleaning carpet. I love their products!

I bought a Bissell vacuum last summer, the one part broke less then a year later. I contacted Bissell to get a replacement part under warrenty. They said they would send out the part, it never shipped, I called back and they said the order was lost and would place another one, this happened 5 more times. Finally a supervisor called and offered me a replacement vacuum instead. They said I had to cut the powercord for the vacuum and send a picture of it cut and no longer attached so i sent that. The order was placed, but I never received the vacuum. I have called multiple times and every time they tell me something different. I have been without a vacuum now for over 4 months and have been borrowing one from family members to use when I need it. I will NEVER buy Bissell again.

I returned a Bissell Spot Cleaner back in Nov 2021. Got an email saying return received and refund will be issued." Happen to check my credit card statement and noticed credit was still not applied from Dec 1

We bought a Bissell power lifter Swivel pet vacuum model 2260C that cost us almost $400. 7 belts have broken thus far in a year and a half. We keep buying Bissell replacement belts style 7/9/10/11/14, putting them on as per the instructions and the latest one we put on only lasted 2 weeks. I contacted Bissell customer service and all as they are doing is sending me another 2 of the same belts that we have been buying. What a joke. No resolution for the problem other than to keep buying belts. The cannister is full about 2.5 inches from the bottom which means if you have carpet and pets you are emptying it 6 or 7 times every time you use it. I will never buy another Bissell product again and I am hoping you stay away from them as well.

Bought a cannister vacuum online through their web, but received a used one from them. Guess its been returned by someone and they just cleaned a little bit then sold it to me. Contacted their service department they said will contact me but never did and nobody answer me anymore.Update: their customer care department contaced me and I got a replacement, I think they are back on the right trail now. Like bissell, the quality is not the best, but they are of great value for the money you spent.

I received this item for Christmas last year, it quit. Sent it off for repair and they sent me a new one as they didn't have the parts. I plugged it in and tried to wash the floors, no suction at all. Worst vaccuum. I have always purhased the Bissell brand, but I must say....this one is not one to invest in.

Called your customer service line to tell them their courier threw the package on my front porch with the vacuum out of the box!! Asked to return the item and was told I have to pay to ship the item back. Your courier company and customer service are trash. Also, You guys need to ship your product securely in a box!!

I recently purchased an air ram cordless vacuum from the Bissell site and everything went smoothly. On Canada day I ordered the spinwave cordless floor cleaner because they had a 25 percent off sale. A couple of hours after receiving my order confirmation I received an email saying that I was unable to buy direct but they would be happy to refer me to a retailer . No explanation was given as to why. Of course retailers are not offering the 25 percent off. I see now after reading reviews on their customer service that I am not alone. They don't even respond to the bad reviews. Anyway I will not be purchasing any more bissell products. Terrible customer service!!!

Made two orders with Bissell canada on their crosswave vaccum. even though prices for my items were better with amazon and Walmart , i chose the official company just so that i don't get a product dupe.all the customer service over the phone that i've had regarding my orders has been very cooperative.con: you MAY not receive an order confirmation in your email and you have to call to get your order number and details which is really annoying. My orders have been through fed ex and nothing gets updated until the day it was supposed to arrive at your house and then you get an update as to where your package is. this gives you the impression that your item may have been lost, when in fact its just late. So be aware and patient and contact Bissell after the day of delivery has past!other than this, now that ive ordered twice, i know i can trust the website and the CSR team to resolve any issue in the future!
