I take all my outdoor coats to Hollanderizing - I was initially recommended to them by Mackage with my first leather jacket purchase, and have never looked back. I admit they are not the cheapest option, but well worth every penny if you want to make sure your items are taken care of properly. I've had terrible dry cleaner experiences (one packed up and left with all their clients' clothes!) and Hollanderizing is a different level. Their customer service is excellent and friendly, they turn around items quickly, and the delivery service is punctual and easy. Highly recommend!!!

So glad i chose Hollanderizing to store my coat for the winter. It needed a repair which they did over the season and the jacket came back clean and repaired! I dealt with Adam Allen he was so great to deal with ! Great customer service i would definitely go back!

I have had my 10 year old Canada Goose jacket cleaned here twice (2016 & 2021). Both times, my jacket has been returned to me undamaged. There was no colour fading, cuts, or damage done to the pockets/zippers. I recently had my cuffs replaced here. The work done was impeccable. There were no loose stitches or cuts made to the jacket. The work done by Hollanderizing has given my jacket the life to go through 2-3 more seasons.What stands out the most at Hollanderizing is the staff. Adam has been super helpful in educating me on what is worthwhile doing to the jacket. I never once felt pressured to perform a particular service. I also appreciate the kindness and friendly nature of the delivery driver.The staff here really inspire confidence in me that the work being done here is worthwhile doing and is going to be done properly. I recommend Hollanderizing to anyone looking to get their jackets cleaned or altered.

Certainly, this place takes care of expensive jackets like Mackage, Moose Knuckles, Canada Goose and all sorts of expensive winter jackets. However, they don't GUARANTEED 100% satisfaction of cleaning. The mackage they brought back to me was clean but some areas that initially didn't have white spots had white spots stained on it. Good news about Hollanderizing is that they do pickup and delivery. However, they do not open during the weekends and closed early during the Winter season. With that being said, good luck to all of you whoever bring their expensive jackets here for a dry clean. Pray to god that your jackets are returned completely undamaged and cleaned.

Customer service was outstanding!!! I was treated by friendly staff and my jacket came back in better condition than I expected.Thank you for the delivery option as it made everything very convenient.I would DEFINITLY recommend this company.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING. They destroyed my mackage coat and would not take responsibility for it. Very rude customer service. Save yourself the headache and go to anywhere but here ! I’m not sure how they are still in business the way they handled my coat and the attitude I received back from the owner. Very unprofessional and I hope I can do some people a favour by directing them elsewhere

Sent my jacket in with no damage. They returned it and the emblem was damaged and there were white marks all over the rest of the jacket. You can look at the responses to see that they’re arrogant and just try to cover themselves up.

I had my mackage jacket cleaned and altered. They were very professional and did an amazing job! My jacket came back better than perfect. They were very professional, knowledgeable and timely. I really appreciated how they took such great care of my jacket.

They did a great job cleaning my Makage jacket. I was nervous getting it cleaned for the first time, but came back undamaged with all stains removed. The pickup/delivery service is super convenient as well. The pricing was transparent, I was charged what I was quoted over the phone.Will use them for cleaning in the future and would recommend them!

I just used the services of Hollanderizing dry cleaners for the first time and I am very happy with their work!!! I brought in my white Mackage bomber jacket that had a stain on it and they were able to clean the jacket up to its original condition. The stubborn stain was gone and it is ready to wear for the next winter season. I definitely recommend Hollanderizing dry cleaners for any dry cleaning services, especially for high end winter coats. Two thumbs up!!! I will for sure use their services again for all my dry cleaning needs.Fast and amazing service, friendly staff and great communication!!!
