It's the best place to really get help when you really need it and you make great friends I found the my Closest friend there who tought and shown me that God is so very real and my friend was also the best counselor as well. This place the mission is a home away from home to me this place and the people in it our family to me .So yes this place is a safe haven and a great one to .

It appears the staff treat clients very well, and with compassion.They do need donations, dollars, food and bedding.

Underfunded and desperate last resort. Cold showers and meals frequent but lack balance. The dorm gets to hot and has not enough airflow. Most staff are great and others could use more understanding. More funding should enable people to free themselves from being homeless sooner. Because of greater societal issues there's not enough affordable housing for everyone. The ropes of life may make sweat taste sweeter.
