So I just had the worst sales experience in a car dealership ever!The van that I was ready to purchase wasn’t cleaned, smells like a horse had an extended stay, panels were coming off the roof and the van hadn’t been certified as advertised.So they couldn’t tell me if the van needed work or new tires or whether it was road worthy, and than they were flummoxed with the offer that I presented.Part of the selling point on this van was the reverse camera to which they would accept my offer but Wouldn’t fix the camera.It’s part of the reason I’m buying the van.I know that I’m going to be using this fro dog walking but if the dealership wants top dollar they should have a van that’s presentable and clean and ready for a potential and prospective client, such as myself!So those of you looking to purchase a van from humberview group, don’t even consider it, their attitude was glib at best.
