Had a great 90-min therapeutic massage with Karlo: very professional, friendly, attentive. He used lots of pressure to work out some really deep knots and kinks - pretty intense deep-tissue work, followed by more soothing massage. Could feel the detox and muscle benefits immediately and the day after. Will definitely go back.

I’ve received two sessions with our new acupuncturist Michele Daumas and I’m very happy with her approach along with her therapeutic style. Knowledgeable, caring and a good listener. I’ve booked my third session for next week!!

Yesterday I experienced the worst. I booked 45 minutes of body scrub at 5 o'clock and an hour and a half of massage, and I arrived at 5 o'clock and immediately received a body scrub. But it ended in 27 minutes. and 33 minutes when I looked at my watch after shower. And when I asked if I could get a massage right away, she said I had to wait about 15 minutes. I waited in the room and 15 minutes later the the wait continued and I said I would get a massage next time and only get a body scrub today. She told to me pay 50% for the massage. Even then, she didn't say a word of apology to me. I was told to change the massage to an hour and then she told me wait another three minutes. I waited until 6:10. I did that, but the wait continued, and eventually I paid 50% of the massage and body scrub. Whether I was angry rather than waiting, it was the attitude of the reception. She didn't say sorry, but she just said to pay 50% and go. I will never get a Montreal, Canada massage again.

I've been to the best spas across the world for several years. The experience I had with Elisabete is just magical, she knows how to read the body and works precisely where you need it most. I could never thank her enough for the wonderful work she does. The only problem is that you become addicted to her massage therapy!Thank you Elisabete!

I was originally going to book a female however, the time slots didn't work for me so I thought it would be okay to book a male. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the masseur however, he had massaged me much closer to the covered areas (such as over both my ass cheeks) than I have previously experienced in massages in other countries but I wasn't sure if it was different in Montreal. Until, he was massaging my décolletage area and then pulled the towel off my chest. I immediately pulled the towel back on to which he replied I'm sorry

Actually deserves ZERO stars. This Spa is a true JOKE. Booked a message for 1 hour and expected a massage. My 3 year old can do a better job! I think they were short staffed that day and grabbed someone off the street. Honestly speaking this masseuse had no clue what she was doing. After 30 minutes I told her to stop, Due to her incompetence. She was puzzled and then asked me to show her how it should be done. WHAT???!!?? IS THIS FOR REAL? On top of it she claimed she was the manager. What a waste of time....Stay Away.

Ruined experience due to simple incompetence. They called me to confirm an appointment, then charged my credit card.When we arrived 10 mins late ( Canada day streets closed) they let another couple who did not have an apointment and were walk in's, take our place. Not for being late, but becasue our first names rhymed...the receptionist spoke as if she was not quiet there 100%The best they could do was to tell us to come back later in 2hrs.No offer to compensate. So in the very least I asked to get my money back. She refused ,due to not knowing how to operate the credit card machine. Have to wait now for owner to answer her cell just to see if I can get my money back. 45 mins and counting.Update 3 hrs later.got a call from the owner who was very professional and apologized for double booking us and for the receptionists mistake. She compensated (with free massage for next time) and gave us our refund. I raised it from 1 star to 2 stars because my gas was wasted ( 25 km one way), parking fee was wasted, and day and time was wasted. they fixed it, so that is very good, but because it could happen again I am not sure if they will be my first choice in the future.I also think its weird when a company messes up and to keep you, offer thier suspect bad service for free in the future. Why would I want to go through all that again...I honestly do not even think they will honor thier free offer of a massage

This place is consistently awesome! They have been my go to for over two years and I have never had a bad experience. Elizabeth and Emily are great, but all the therapists are talented, super professional and kind.

The massotherapist was calm, professional and really knew what she'l was doing.Recommended to a few friends and they all had rave reviews too.They bill to your insurance directly when possible so that's an added bonus of saving you from the hassle of filing claims.
