Welcome to the coldest arena in Winnipeg! If you’re lucky they may turn the heaters on! Otherwise bundle up like you are watching an outdoor hockey game.Want to send a text or use your mobile phone while watching Billy’s hockey game? NO CHANCE! Once you enter the arena you are in a dead zone! This could be the only place in Winnipeg where you can’t get a cell signal if you’re using Rogers. Not sure what other networks are like. How is this possible in 2023? No idea.

I booked the hall for my daughter’s birthday party. It was such an amazing experience to deal with manager and other staff. They were so genuine and nice. It was overall excellent experience to have a birthday party.

I have had 2 bad experience at this arena this year so far. It seems like the staff there like to put on the heater for the home side seating area only. It's not hard to miss when you have to walk by the home side stands to get to the visitor side. I didn't think much of it the first time, however I asked the second time after 2 periods of play and the staff member said she would turn it on. I find this in very poor taste. Just a heads up, if you have to play at this arena make sure you ask for heat, they will only warm their own fans if you don't ask

Out door rink was never taken care of.Caretakers parking in disabled parking when they have assigned parking.Garbage cans and boulders in ball diamonds are a tripping Hazzard for children.

This is a very rundown arena. Had to wait a long time for the zamboni driver because management didn't schedule one for the game.
