I have owned other outdoor boiler and these heatmaster boilers are not good.They burn more wood to heat the same area compared to other boilersI thought I would buy local expecting to get good service.Boy was I WRONG!!!!!!!I have had a leak in the ash box and the door has leaked smoke and creosote since new.It leaks so bad it has burnt the paint off.Changing the door seal did not fix the problem.Depending on the stove temperature the door leaks in different spots. Hummmm the door is warpingAfter contacting Dave multiple times, still no trip out to look at the boiler until I contacted heatmaster directly. Then they contacted Dave.I only live 7mins away from Dave’s house.I finally got the boiler welded up and I’m still dealing with a door that leaks like crazy.This is 3 years and the problem is still on goingI would NOT buy your boiler here!!!!!!
