Really disappointed. I was home all day and got a notice on my file that needed action from me saying I wasn’t available. The delivery person didn’t even bother knocking on the door nor tried calling me. I tried calling customer service but was on hold for more than 20 minutes and gave up. Now I have to reschedule and move around my plans because of it, and hope the delivery person will call me for the second delivery. A friend of mine had the exact same experience, and reading through the reviews, this seems like a common occurrence. Really unprofessional. Thank you.

As much as I would like to support local companies, this kind of incompetence will not do. Main door in the building was open so delivery person can just bring up the package to my door. Did not even bother walking up one floor to knock on my door and now have to re arrange for another day to wait between 9-5. Customer service was not even sympathetic nor helpful. She advices to leave note explaining everything in detail that the door is open etc...like to a 7 year old. Never heard of this company before and will never recommend.

This is by far the worst Courrier services I have ever dealt with. They don’t give a Danm, meaning they KNOW a THEY ARE BAD, CUSTOMERS JUST WILL DEAL WITH IT. No call no text no email to a show thé courrier was in their way. Per their own desk representative they have too many courrier for that. So the problem is really with corporations like @videotron and others using guetto non professional/non efficient courrier services like Planète Courrier. I guess you get what you paid for. So Vidéotron is fièrement québécois and Danm the service is subpar, meaning wanting to support the so call Quebec Corp gang is dead for me thanks.

No warning of delivery - they delivered the package hours before the wifi company even notified me it would arrive.Obviously, I wasn't at home. I called the service center and they didn't pick up. You can schedule a delivery for a later date, but the only available time slots were 1 week later.Had to go pick it up myself in Lachine.

Extremely unprofessional with Vidéotron delivery. I was home all day, and I got the delivery notice stating I was unavailable. I got 0 calls, 0 door buzz-calls, 0 texts. When I call on the stated telephone number, I was on hold for 22 minutes before I hung up.A Suggestion : consider reserving a pick-up space around Downtown Montreal if the company management is intentionally NOT delivering because of reduced resources.

They only lie. Have 2 delivery with them and only wasting time. I'm still waiting for my parcel 1 week after the scheduled date. I was at home and they lied that I was not more than 3 times. disgusting.

30-45 minutes wait time to speak with someone, poor delivery service for my parcel: still waiting after 3 days and not able to deliver until Tuesday ( 3 more days )I’ve spent a whole day then another evening and 4 phone calls to now be told I have to wait another 3 days. The second person I spoke to who arranged the Friday evening delivery didn’t log that call so had I not called twice today, I’d still be waiting. I’m really not satisfied with this courrier and if it was my choice I would not use

What a joke of a company. Extremely unprofessional with Fizz delivery. I was home all day, and I got the delivery notice stating I was unavailable. I got no calls, knocks, rings or text. I even left a piece of paper pointing towards where the package should go and they still left. When I called customer service I stayed on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. Now I need to go to LACHINE to pick it up from plateau.

No call, no text, no email to let me know the courier was on their way. Most courier companies these days let the customer know the courier is on the way. I was out back when I thought I heard my dog barking and made my way to the front door. A notice was already placed on my door. Now I have to wait until Tuesday evening. I guess I’ll have to make sure I’m within arm’s reach of my door between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.. The 2 stars are only because the customer service agent was very nice. Otherwise it’s 0 stars.
