Our company has been working with TPH for years and Lisa has been so helpful and accommodating with our requests - she knows exactly what we want and how to go about getting it done in a way that upholds the highest standard. When we had issues with certain projects, Lisa was able to step in and recommend alternatives or suggestions as to how to fix the problem. The quality of our posters are amazing (we've had three different types of posters printed - all great), they are a focal point in our office and our guests and executives were so impressed. The staff, as well, especially Adrianna, have been very helpful and informative in explaining different materials with samples, and suggesting which product would be better suited for our projects. We will definitely continue to work with TPH, their customer service and poster print quality is second to none.

I have been raving about and recommending TPH to everyone for the past 2 weeks. I received exceptional service from Lisa and the team in the Langley office. I had memorial cards printed, which would have been ready the next day. The only reason they weren’t was because they weren’t happy with the quality of the cover picture. They waited for my approval on new pic, and my order for 350 cards were ready the following day. I will absolutely be coming here again, and sending friends their way. Another fantastic experience with TPH! I had a fabric research poster printed and the text and images were very crisp. The fabric travelled well too. Lisa and her team are very helpful and the turnaround time was quick. Definitely a place to choose for research poster printing (fabric or poster paper).

I had a very specific print order for a client with a tight turnaround time that required a few mock examples. Lisa and her team went above and beyond to provide multiple examples and fulfill the order in a timely matter. The final style we went with had to be ordered/printed from downtown Vancouver and delivered to the Langley location. Very happy and impressed with the quick turnaround time and customer service!

Lisa and her team are one of the greatest and most helpful printers I’ve ever had the joy of knowing. I had an idea for Foil printing art and she made it happen. Whenever I had a due date she always made sure it would be done by then, answered all my questions and generally was extremely helpful. Everyone always asks where I got my foil prints done and I tell them here. High quality and amazing customer service. You won’t be disappointed!

Just completed a project with TPH. They are sure not cheap. However their quality of work and customer service is top notch. Always had issues with the printing companies this one is different. Something special about the way they treat their customers and meeting deadlines. We as an organization have decided we will now make them our preferred to go printing vendor. Such a great experience. I was able to email in what I needed, received a quote (which was very well priced!) and pay and submit my files. They turned out well and the turn around was quite quick. TPH gives shopping local a good name!
