I received a requisition from my practitioner to go to a CDNcare location for an ultrasound for my kidneys to check for stones due to possible high oxalate issue. When i booked, the instructions i received was to not eat or drink anything for t least 8 hours prior to the exam. I questioned this as i had previously done an US for kidneys a few years back and needed to drink a liter of water one hour prior to the exam. Again, i'm told to not eat or drink anything 8 hours prior. I decide to callback the next day hoping to talk to someone different to get a second opinion but there's a 40-minute wait and decide to leave a message asking to confirm if i am to drink water or not. I see that someone had called back while i was working and missed the call but for some reason, they did not leave any messages with proper instructions.The day of the exam (March 10th), i decide to drink a liter of water and make the 45-minute drive to Centrepointe.When i get there, i'm asked for my health card and requisition. The lady asked for help with her co-worker and i'm then told that they have booked the wrong exam and need to reschedule a new appointment as i need to drink water prior to the kidney US. I tell them that i had assume that would be the case and did in fact drink water. So I'm able to proceed with the exam and told to go to the waiting room.We get the US done and i leave. half hour later, i receive a call and told i must turn around and comeback. I ask why? I'm told because i didn't pay for the US. We don't take Quebec health card and you must come back and pay now!" I explain i was not told that they don't take Quebec health card and was not told i needed to pay. "Yes

I accompanied my mom today to have her X-ray done for immigration purposes and the front desk staff was very helpful. The laboratory personnel was likewise very courteous. We were suprised that we are done quickly. Overall we had an excellent experience.

Do not go here for pregnancy ultrasound.They would not let the father in to see pregnancy ultrasound with the mother.She had to go in alone and could not share the special moment.Didn’t let her hear the heartbeat or give any information.Go somewhere else for pregnancy ultrasound.

Staff is nice but waitlist system needs some major work. Need a better website and virtual waitlist option or to take appointments. Drove all the way to several sites just to be told either they were full or no technician available.

Arrived at open. The room turned over 2 times before I got in for an X Ray. Wouldn’t recommend getting an X Ray here. They prioritize Ultrasound patients with appointments. Walk-in X Ray took over an hour for me to get into when I showed up with a handful of people in the room. When I asked how long it would be I was told “not too long”. 0 stars

Friendly staff both times I've come for ultrasounds - they made a somewhat stressful experience much more pleasant!

Went in for an x ray and ultrasound (ultrasound was scheduled and did the x-ray right after) on a Friday morning around 9. Was seen immediately on my scheduled time for the ultrasound and then the x-ray. Quick and easy in and out. Expected it to be really bad given the reviews, but had the opposite experience!

The tech was graceful, considerate and respectful, except that, everything else was awful. I was told to be there 20 min earlier, they were closed, the lady who first opened the clinic was rude, the protocol required in their email was not actually necessary. But the tech is an angel.

I like the place, it was clean, organized, and waiting time was acceptable, and on top of everything, the x-ray tech ,Karima, was amazing, kind, clear. She made me comfortable, welcome, and she is very efficient and straightforward in her work. All starts go to her dedication, Thank you! She made a place that I strongly recommend!

I've walked-in into the clinic to have a chest x-ray. The clinic was lovely, spotless, and peaceful. I was welcomed when I came by their kind 2 personnel. They get my insurance details then I was requested to wait until my name was called. They also provide complimentary coffee on the side, I noted. They call me for an x-ray in less than five minutes. Additionally accommodating and courteous, with their radiological tech. They mentioned that they would just send my doctor the results once I was finished with the x-ray. This clinic is fantastic because of its kind employees and spotless surroundings.
