The owner is a kind man and he went out of his way to help us. UHaul messed up my order at the official location, I ended up here and he fixed my reservation and got me the equipment that I needed right away.

I had a very bad experience. I was suppose to get the van via online pick up but it was not possible because the car had not been checked up. I had to get all the way to Notre-Dame, I had to take a cab since I was late. I would not recommended

Je suis dessus du service, il me charge 59,90 au lieu de de 29, 95$.Aussi il me charge le nettoyage du camion, et j'ai déplacé juste un lit mural neuf !!!!J'ai les photos je vais les démasquer , et les poursuivre si ils me remboursent pas .

I’ve sent more time to pick up and to return the truck then the trip itself. More then 2 hours in the phone and no person to help in-place.

Chose this location to pick up my trailer rental since its right next to work and I could come on my lunch break. Eric was very friendly and helpful, got me set up in no time. As I understand, this is a new location and is getting fixed up, so don’t judge a book by its cover and help support this new building in our neighborhood. Look forward to doing business with them again.

Expérience catastrophique, impossible de récupérer le camion (prise en charge autonome le guichet était fermé) car je n’ai pas de ID canadienne/us ce qui n’a jamais été requis au moment de la réservation.Après plus d’une heure d’attente au téléphone avec le sav ma réservation de camion a été redirigée vers un autre u-haul beaucoup plus loin j’ai donc dû faire plus de 40min en vélo pour récupérer mon van à 12:00 au lieu de 10hJe n’ai donc pas pu honorer les rendez vous pris avec les personnes prévues pour chercher mes meublesImpossible également de faire le processus de retour du camion le soir car ça ne fonctionnait pas sur internet après plus de 30min d’essaiVraiment catastrophique.
