My wife had something happen. What we dont know yet but when she refused to go to the hospital our daughter called 911. The paramedics were absolutely outstanding. Their thoroughness compassion and professional manner in how they performed was exemplary. Thanm you from the bottom of my heart. Life savers. God bless you all and literally a million thanks. My respect and gratitude cannot be expressed in words.

My wife was complaining re: her heart. Called Durham EMS and my wife received the best care from the paramedics Nathaniel Siteman and Emerald Ruby-Hallihan. They remained with her through the complete process. They called me at home and kept me in the loop. Thank you!!! Tom Ingus and my wife Thelma.

I was recently transported to hospital by ambulance. EMS responders Scott & Chris arrived, quickly and efficiently assessed my situation, they readied me for transport all while keeping me & my wife of what was happening and what to expect. They asked questions and listened to what we said.They were Professional, Courteous, Caring & Efficient.How lucky we in Durham Region are to have such a great group of people supporting our needs.Thank you!

I can't say enough good about these wonderful people that are first responders in the Durham Region. Maybe DRPD should take a lesson from them.You can diffuse a lot of situations just by being kind. I understand that's not realistic all the time but you would be surprised if you tried.

On October 17, 2022 my mother was transported by EMS from Glen Hill Strathaven to Bowmanville hospital by two paramedics one female 1 male was on the morning shift around 9:30-10:00 o’clock a.m. When arriving at hospital there was a wait of 3-4 hours they waited with my mother until she had a bed and saw a doctor. They were very caring, patient and very professional. They deserves an award and recognition, I feel bad for not asking there names. Please pass a message thanking them for an excellent job.❤️

Just had the ambulance come to our house (1 Empson Crt, Ajax at about 10:00 this morning) my wife had taken a fall and injured her arm and couldn’t get off the floor.The ladies that came and took care of her were amazing. I had a situation when I needed to call 911!Two lovely ladies showed up. Lisa and Danielle! Can’t say enough about this two! They were very professional and very compassionate!!Lisa even bought me a coffee after arriving at the hospital. Danielle was very compassionate with my mother in law!These two girls were awesome! Can’t say enough about their kindness!

If there was a 20 star rating they would get it from me. They took great care of me when i was in a huge amount of pain. It was a very emotional time and i couldnt of been treated any better. The paramedics deserve way more credit then what the get. Thanks for taking care of me. Best paramedics around . Keep up the awsome work.

Paramedics were Prompt / Professional / Courteous on a late Saturday evening call. Added a comforting presence in assisting a fallen household member. Thank You! PS: To Durham Region MPP's - boost the budget for this valuable, often life-saving service!

Yesterday (19th July at approx. 11.15am ) for the first time in my life I had to call an ambulance when my sister was having problems.The two paramedics ladies that arrived were professional, competent, compassionate and amazing !!Obviously I was very concerned as they gently strapped her to the stretcher and put her in the back of the ambulance.They could see I was anxious and as they were about to leave one of the ladies came back up the steps and said do you need a hug" (which I did)try not to worry she said !! she will be fine !!Oh my goodness my whole faith in humanity returned in an instance..Whoever you are kind lady...you make the world a better place.Thank you for the job you do....."
