Great staff at the front !! The doctors are very professional and will take their time when listening to your concerns…won’t rush at all.They take walk-in’s which is very great and also I didn’t know there was a lab upstairs so now that makes everything much more easier. I’ve met the manager Sandeep as well who is there as well with the staff to help patient. She’s very kind and nice when explaining things to you.Thank you.

Dr. Kim is very polite doctor. She very attentively listens all of your health problems. Her diagnosis is always right. Most importantly, she is very sincere toward her patients’ health and tries to give her best to treat her patients asap and not like others calling their patients frequently just to make money . Clinic ambience and other staff is also very good

I have great experience with Medi Plus 2. Firstly, If you have appointment then there is only few minutes waiting time. Secondly, staff including doctors is really cooperative, knowledgeable. Moreover, their fee(if any) is reasonable as compared to other clinics. Furthermore, I am Dr. Kim Arora’s patient and she listens to all your concerns patiently in quiet and closed environment and guide accordingly.So far i had wonderful experience with Medi plus 2 and I definitely recommend you to make them your family doctor if not they also welcome walk in patients.

My whole family visit to see Dr. Manraj cheema. He is the best doctor l have seen in Canada in last 17 years . He is very responsible and caring person . He is very knowledgeable . I have seen him calling patients during his off days for health conditions that require immediate attention. He is right person in right profession.

What a disorganized clinic. Appointment at 1 PM, arrived at 12:50 PM. Waited 1 hour and a half to get in a room and waited 30 more minutes for the doctor to talk to us for 5 minutes. Doctor asked why the baby was crying so much — probably because she had to wait for so long. Hire more competent receptionists as well — what’s the point of booking an appointment ahead of time if we’re just going to wait the same amount of time as walk-in patients. Never coming here again for sure and do not recommend at all.They will probably comment and say they will “investigate” and not do anything.

Unacceptable and completely rude behaviour from Dr. Avrinder Mahrok. I do not recommend that anyone visits him for any minor or major health concerns till he learns how to treat his patients with respect. There are much more qualified physicians in this clinic, he is nowhere near that.

Dr. Kim Arora is the family doctor for my parent. She is super nice and friendly, knowledgeable and up-to-date regarding medical information. Plus, she is very professional, and do good care of her patients.Her wait time is so short and we can see her on the same day. The staff is also very friendly and polite.I would recommend this clinic to all.

It’s worse experience with clinic I went 3 times for my son.Because my sons eye are so red so doctor saying because of weather but it going worse and worse finally 3 times I went again then doctor sent me to eyes specialistEye specialist told me why you come so late only I can only treat infection but I can’t do anything with eyes colour now it will stay lifetime I am so upset with themAlways make appointment but still have to wait 2 hoursIt’s not one time we are waiting it’s alwaysI will say refuse to go there for everybody
