Dr. Michael Ng

Warning he is very insensitive to people with disabilities and very rude. My son and I are heart broken . We were going there for years. I do not pay someone to start yelling at me.

My family and I love Dr. Ng. The staff is friendly and always make my children feel at home. The kids look forward to going to the dentist! I appreciate their strict adherence to the current pandemic regulations as they are keeping their patients, staff and families safe.

Friendly staff. This office feels like family. Dr. Ng is wonderfully patient and kind and somehow remembers conversations you had from every visit even if they were years ago. Wonderful bedside manor.

I have been a patient here for a few years, along with my wife and daughter. Today I went for an appointment and was forced to leave the building because of a medical condition which leaves me unable to wear a mask. Having explained this to the staff and other patients (unfortunately, as they were all in the room), I was asked to provide proof of my medical disability (odd because they know I am disabled, as that is how they are paid). As this is an invasion of my privacy I stated as such and was shown the door, the dentist followed closely behind and then slamed the door. I am heartbroken and in pieces to have been treated like this. To be treated so cold and as a sub human.

Very rude. Discriminatory. Insensitive.

I've been there twice, and both times they did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

Quiet, efficient. The friendly staff made the experience comfortable.
