Glitter Gift Baskets

Super! I ordered a few as gifts for our clients. They absolutely loved them. Will definitely be my go-to for gift baskets. Amazing customer service. Tommy is super helpful. One of the orders was delayed because of FedEx (not Glitter Gift Basket's fault). I called and Tommy jumped right in. He tried to track the shipment with FedEx but without any luck (I can confirm that because I also did that myself) so he sent out a driver with a replacement right away.

I was running out of idea of what to buy as a gift this Christmas (ya, it's that time again) so I was googling around gift basket and I found Glitter Gift Baskets. I got one basket at last minute (according to my personal timeline") and the service was impeccable: fast

Baskets are really nice and the follow up is ok but I have an issue with this company in terms of their shipping. This is the second time that this has happened-I paid over $37 for next day shipping only for the basket to be delivered days later. When I asked Tommy about this, he said that it is only for Monday-Friday and there are no deliveries on the weekend. I submitted the order on Friday before noon as stated and they took my money but didn't tell me that the receiver would not get the basket until Monday. No apology other than referring to their invoice which is misleading and their shipping policy is the same. Misleading at best.Here is a lost customer!

UPDATE 4/19/2023: I made this original review one year ago (April 2022). The response from Glitter Gift Baskets just popped up and it is unsatisfactory. I want noted that Glitter Gift Baskets did not verify any order details and chose to respond to my complaint ~365 days later. Make your own decision on that response rate.Have used this basket service several times over the past 5 years for clients. Tried to order a lovely basket on behalf of my employer for a personal matter and I haven't had a reply to emails since the order was placed 3/4/22. Called twice today, no answer. If I don't get a response soon, I will be cancelling the order and advising my admin network (national company I work for) to never use this service. I strongly do NOT recommend. UPDATE: received an email with tracking details 24 hours after email requesting it and no formal ETA provided despite being picked up 4 days ago (this could be due to Canada Post). The lack of communication on order updates (no confirmation of delivery details that were emailed minutes after order was placed, no update that the package was ready to ship, no auto-message to advise the package had shipped & provide tracking number) and long response time to inquiries leaves my review at one star and we will not be using the services of this company again.

Buyers Beware!!! Bought a welcome baby boy gift basket by spending 90+$s. The gift basket was very attractively packed, but the attraction changed into a ugly experience when the gift basket was opened. To our surprise the basket was puffed up with more of stuffed papers and cardboards (check the attached photos) rather than the baby items for which we paid for. The content in this basket may not even worth for 20$. It was a highly insulting experience for us to give this pack of thrash as a gift. The motive of any business is making profit but with Glitter basket this type of business attitude is a day light robbery of your customer's hard earned money.

Excellent customer service. We experienced an issue with the delivery, which was entirely Canada Post’s fault. When the package, which was marked as “delivered”, was not received I panicked. Glitter took care of everything. They responded to my email within minutes, called me, called the recipient and did everything in their power to ensure that the basket was received. My advice : if something goes wrong with your basket, don’t panic, call Glitter and they will take care of you!

Ordered a baby gift basket for the first time for one of my friends. I was really pleased with the selection, speedy of delivery and customer service. They were prompt to respond and rectify an issue I had and I order from them again. The recipient was pleased with the quality.

I just had to share my experience with the Godiva basket I ordered from Glitter Git Baskets. Honestly, it was an absolute hit! The basket was packed with the most delicious assortment of Godiva chocolates, truffles, and bars – a chocolate lover's dream come true.The presentation was top-notch, too. You could tell they put a lot of effort into making it look as enticing as possible. It was so beautifully arranged that my friend didn't even want to unwrap it at first!Glitter Git Baskets' customer service was super friendly and helpful, which made the whole process a breeze. I'm definitely going to be ordering from them again – maybe even treat myself to a Godiva basket next time! If you're thinking about it, go for it – you won't be disappointed!

Ordered a get-well basket to be delivered to my brother-in-law 10 days ago and it finally arrived - at our house! I was very careful to make sure the delivery instructions were correct and yet Glitter seems to be under the impression that we are ordering a get well basket for ourselves. Tried to call to get it straightened out and got lots of voicemail run-around.Yikes. Dopeyness all over the place. Simple common sense people. Just simple common sense...
