Convenient timmy’s inside but I don’t like a few aspects of the store. #1 There is no separate line for the post office. I wanted to mail a single package that already had a label on it and ended up waiting 20 mins in line. They also recently replaced almost all of the tills with self serve checkouts which I don’t support. Plus the pharmacy people always announce your address and phone number so loudly, I’d like some more respect for my privacy.

Poorly stocked shelves and in person cashier who disappears as soon as someone approachesI hate being forced into self checkout which is the case with most stores in this chain unfortunately.

My husband came today to the store and was so upset. He told me that the cashier raised on him for the 2nd occasion. My husband said he doesn’t appreciate being yelled at. Still no apology and continue to be rude. He asked for the manager to complain only to be told “not to waste his time, and if he doesn’t like it, go somewhere else and don’t shop in there”. Absolutely! Who wants to come back being yelled at!

Been going to this shoppers for awhile now. And the employees knows me and they're really nice. Especially, one employee, when something ran out, I ask one employee name Emerson, and he goes to the back and look if there's any or not. He just doesn't say, if you don't see any on the shelf, there's no more.

Worst Pharmacy in the city. My 2 year old had surgery to take out his adenoids so he needed ear drops (same day of course). I went at 3:50pm said a hour, came back at 5pm said sorry 30mins. I went home since I just got off from work. We tried calling.... holy s**t, WORST phone line ever. Jumping through hoops to finally talk to someone and they send you where you need to go. Then they said sorry not ready yet and we'll call you back. Never took my number and at this point it's 715pm. NOT the 1st time this has happened here. I've read other poor reviews which are plenty and they all get a generic reply. Big company so not surprised but f this place. Very amateur.

Pharmacy is an absolute circus. Pro tip: when they tell you your prescription will be ready in 15 minutes, stay put. We caught them twice forgetting to fill our prescription, wasting over 30 mins of our time. At the end of failing to fill, only to find out they don't have the drug in stock.Seems simple order of operations is missing from this place. Staff don't even talk to each other and lose papers all the time.

I walked in to get some help in the makeup/cosmetic section of the store. The location looked clean, well maintained and stocked up. I didn't expect to get so much assistance from a beautiful young woman named Bonnie. She was super friendly, helpful and detailed about showing me what products and what steps to take in applying the makeup correctly, etc. She went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed and that I received an excellent experience overall. I wanted to thank her directly and please hire more people like her!! She was awesome!!!!!!!

Suddenly you can’t self checkout by myself anymore. Bags are kept behind the customer service desk and the self checkout employee has to interrupt the customer service employee to grab bags for every self checkout customer then punches in the bags herself and watches you ring everything in like you’re a criminal lol what a joke
