Nice gas station with plenty of pumps... groceries inside and Tim Hortons

Experienced poor service. Got to the gas pump and inserted my credit card to pay at the machine. It then gave me a pump is stopped" error and wouldn't release my card in spite of pressing 'cancel' several times. Intercom button was useless. Went inside. The lady there was extremely condescending. Kept telling me that I needed to press cancel in spite of me insisting that I did exactly that with no luck. Several times! She would not come out to the pump to help me release my credit card. I had to return to the pump and hit the card reader a few times to get it to finally dislodge my card. Terrible experience. I know that machines fail but this kind of bad service is inexcusable."

I'm not impressed with the price of gas, so it's hard to give any fuel station a good review!

This Esso has a 7-Eleven Convenience store open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Store is stocked with many items at noticeably higher prices than the regular supermarket chains, as convenience stores order smaller quantities of inventory at higher per-unit prices from wholesalers. Typical 7-Eleven fare here are Slurpees, soft drinks, snacks, hot dogs, pizza, taquitos, and fried chicken.

Very friendly staff. Love that they have the Mobile 7/11 app scan and go pay option now. So much quicker. Just dont like that the gas is 3 cents more expensive than Shell or Chevron in The heart of Ladner.

This Esso gas station sells gas. So right there it does what it says it does, and it does it well enough I guess. The 7-11 is a bit questionable though; I suggest staying away from their fritters as they are usually a day or two old.

Nice people ez access so why not a 5 star rating Well till they have a selection of clean foods that's when I'll give them the five. Star rating not until that happens but besides that problem I see don't hesitate to go to this place cuz it's it should be rated five stars put it that way but I'm not going to rate it that yet so yeah easy access nice people and what more can I say see you

I preauthorized $75.00 on my credit card and then spent 56.00 on gas. When I looked on my bank statement later that day there were 2 charges, one for $75.00 and one for $56.00. When I phoned about the problem later that day one girl did not know what to do and the other fellow didn’t speak English. They kept me on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. The next day I phoned the manager who said the $75.00 would auto at one off my card within 24 hours. Well it did not and now I have to phone my bank. I will not be going there again.

I was at this ASO a couple weeks ago and I only put $25 in gas when I went to pump I was at 20 then all of a sudden it went to 25 like to skip right over to three four so I wouldn't recommend going there but at the same time if you need fuel it's fuel right
