I have used this company fir carpets and was satisfied with them. So I used them for duct cleaning. My floors were clean before they got there and they left a huge mess. Rocks and dust all over floor and newly painted bass boards. Took pictures and they took the teams word over my pictures. Sad deal. I would not use them again.

From the quote through the technicians leaving everything went very smoothly. The technicians (Jesus & Zeke) showed up on time and set to work. They were friendly and professional, I was very comfortable having them in my house. They worked quickly and efficiently leaving no mess behind! I will definitely call in the future if I have a need.

The cleaner was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. Took extra time to explain how to care for the troublesome areas. Recommend Carson highly.

Cleaner was rude and late! Blamed me carpets didn't come out clean after paying for deep clean high traffic area. Despite cleaning carpets every 6-12 months. Worthless management who puts fault on customer and does not take responsibility for the poor performance of their workers. Ended up using dollar store cleaner and my own machine and got 1000x better result. Do not recommend at all

Oh, how I wish I had read the other reviews before booking a $500 service with this company. We had them come to do our vent and duct cleaning, and my house is filthier than it was before. There was a massive explosion of sediment in my bedroom: my clothing, my nightstand, my bed were absolutely covered. When I reached out to Management with photos, hoping for at least an apology and some compensation, I was basically called a liar. Please, save your money, and if you do book with them, plan on spending the next two days cleaning your house.

I had them come out to clean my carpets, 4 rooms. The gentlemen that came out were absolutely amazing! They were super friendly, professional, and very quick. My carpets look wonderful and brand new again. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I was happy with the friendly customer service that was provided. The carpets however were done rather quickly and looked the same as before. In our bedroom looked like it was not shampooed and it was agreed that we wanted our bedroom cleaned too. In the past we hired a different company to do our rugs and there was a night and day difference in appearance the carpet looked refreshed and nearly new looking.I just want to mention we do have dogs and our carpets are a few years old that could be the reason for appearance. We have gotten our carpets professionally cleaned every 6 months.My husband already talked to the manager. The manager did offer to re-clean the carpet but we graciously declined. Now I remember who cleaned our carpets before we will go back to them. Thank you for your time.
