4.5/5, salmon oshi and tempura udon were pretty good. A little bit pricier then what the food is worth. Good service and presentation. Might come again

Went with a friend for dinner, the atmosphere is pretty nice, not too crowded (maybe we skipped the rush hour). The food is fresh. Service is excellent and fast. The assorted sashimi is pretty good, really like salmon dinner.

I’ve ordered from the delivery apps before and always liked it, first time visiting in person and was absolutely thrilled with the experience.Super friendly staff and very fast service.The Oshi was delicious and well made, the lunch specials a great bang for your buck. Very generous portions and the sashimi was so fresh!The spicy sashimi salad was really good as they used actual spicy sauce not the spicy mayo or other subpar substitutes.Overall a must try! I think it’s safe to say that this will be my go to sushi place in Richmond from now on. Definitely one of the better ones

First time dining here tonight…great specialty sushi - very tasty and sashimi were very fresh, except the uni, otherwise no complain really.Service was good and I will definitely be back again. I see a lot of people ordering the set dinner…not sure how good it is, but seem very popular. They are busy, so I highly recommend going for early dinner.

The sashimi and aburi nigiris were fresh and delicious but some of the rolls could be better. The salmon oshi had too much rice and very little salmon. The red roll’s seafood wasn’t as fresh as the other sushi/sashimi and was cut all different sized pieces and was falling apart. Other than that overall a good dining experience! Great service!

Excellent Japanese sushi and the restaurant staff was very friendly to accommodate us.Sushi plate delicious. Miso soup, rolls everything was well designed and prepared.I recommend the restaurant. The rice for sushi and other plates were amazing. Fresh and yum food!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the local sushi store, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made me feel right at home. The sushi selection was truly impressive, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. The attention to detail and commitment to quality truly set this sushi store apart. I highly recommend it to all sushi enthusiasts and those in the area!

We reserved a table for 5 at 5:15pm on a Friday night because the place was fully booked. Came Friday, it was a long day of work and we were running behind. Wife and I arrived around 5:25pm and were seated promptly. We went ahead and ordered first. Most of the food was served by the time eveyone arrived. So far, the staff had done an excellent job. They got us tea, checked to see if we were okay, served the nigiri last because not everyone was there yet.On to the food.Chicken Karaage and soft shell prawn tempura were great. Along with miso soups, this set us up for a wonderful experience.A bite of everything. This is for someone who has a hard time making up their mind or they just like to try a wide array of food.Stay for the oshi is just as the name suggests. Lots of oshi and some nigiri.Both of the above had tuna carpaccio which I thought was excellent.For nigiri we had Hokkigai, Toro and they're fresh and delicious.Assorted Aburi I thought was the star for the night. It looked amazing, and it even tasted better than it looked. Definitely recommended for aburi lovers.Overall I think it was a great dinner. Personally the value was good, as I am someone who appreciate good plating, and they certainly did a good job on that. Will definitely be back as there are quite a few special rolls I would love to try. This time I will make sure to ahead to get a better dining time.

Hands down the best sushi I’ve ever had in my life. First of all I would like to give a huge thanks to Jessie and Seah who were extremely friendly and welcoming and made me feel at home. I first ordered the house green salad which was refreshing, tasty and a great start to the meal. Next I ordered the prawn tempura which completely blew me away and the reason why I am writing this review right now. It was fresh, had a nice bounce to it and just overall tasty. You can really taste the effort and love that the chef puts into his work and just makes you feel at awe of how good the food is. Huge shout out to chef Kim and his kitchen staff, I will be back!
