Our hotel had their shuttles unavailable, so we rented a limo from McHenry Limousine. I'm glad we did! It added a fun element to our wedding, and the guests that never rode in one loved it too! Our driver was excellent especially since we had our limo booked until 2am! We easily communicated with the company through email and I'm very pleased with the results we got.

I had a great experience with McHenry Limo and would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of transportation. We had an awesome van for 12 people to/from O'Hare for an international flight. Our driver was extremely early, polite, professional, and loaded all of our bags for us. I've never had an easier experience using a limo service for roundtrip airport service. 10/10.

I wanted to take a second to say THANK YOU to McHenry Limo. We had a few special requests and a unique pickup from the airport for a family member who has a disability. Marty took it upon himself to handle the situation and wow us with their customer service that totally catered to our needs. We feel safe and secure with them. They are carrying precious cargo! After being stranded at the airport because of another Limo Service that we pre-paid and reserved left us high and dry without any resolution, we contacted McHenry Limo who not only was sympathetic to our problem, but was able to resolve it getting a car to get us home. The driver assigned to us (Sandy) was very professional, friendly and courteous. McHenry Limo has exceeded our expectations, and would recommend them to anyone needing reliable and professional service.

Where second chances go to die.Take the money you would waste with McH Limo who has no customer focus and spend it having a friend drive you.A few months ago, we had our flight cancelled and then, without a call or notice, McH Limo canceled us. We were left at O'Hare after our next flight home with no cars available

The driver was on time, very friendly and my 9 year olds had their first limo ride for their birthday in a beautiful limo. The driver was very kind and the ride was extremely comfortable and pleasant. It was easy to arrange for date and time with friendly phone service. I will use them again and highly recommend them!

I used McHenry Limo for probably 15yrs, they were always on time and professional (including the man who used to answer the phone). For some reason their service has dwindled. Twice in the last week I called for a pickup, both times they said they had no cars available. This is the first time in 15yrs I've called and they had nobody to drive it. Something has changed.

I called 3 weeks in advance, requested a Limousine to take our family to O'Hare for our Disney trip..... they took my money, but nobody ever showed up. 3:30 in the morning!!I even had a conversation with Scott, the owner. He Lost" our reservations. so we drove our own car to the airport..... at $60.00 a day for parking!!Never will I recommend this place!!"
