Staff are super helpful but not pushy. Helped me find what I needed quickly. Overall their prices are expensive (in my opinion) but when they have sales it's very reasonable.

Purchasing something for my daughter, I got the worst customer service from an elderly woman named Bev who worked at Thyme. She was absolutely horrid and said that she was too “busy” to find us a different size and then she literally rolled her eyes at us! Literally the worst customer service - how does she keep her job with such a bad attitude. She was rude to other ethnic women too, right in front of us. However, the rest of the staff was great.
