Slowest service I have ever experienced at a Tim Hortons! Management needs to step it up with hiring more people and training their staff better. I felt bad for them.

The coffee was hot and good-tasting. However, even though the restaurant was not busy, staff made no effort to clean the tables. We had to clear garbage left by previous customers from a table.

Went from the best run timmies to one of the worst. Took like 30 mins to get a sandwich. Go to the drive through one on Douglas instead…

Whomever staffs this location does so without care for busy time. Expect to wait 20+ mins to order a simple coffee during morning rush. Had to find another spot even tho this is next door.Seating area also seems to get no attention from staff. Garbage sitting in empty seats. Probably because they don't have staff.

As a long-time Tim Hortons customer for 15 years, I've had numerous disappointing experiences at this location recently. Despite using their mobile ordering service (pickup in store) out of necessity (time efficiency), I've found that on multiple occasions, my orders have been incomplete, while tatwokng upwards of 15 minutes to receive only 1 of my 2 items ordered. It's very frustrating to have paid for an item and then have to wait for that item just to be told that the item you came for is not even available, and this has happened to me with different items more than once. As a loyal customer, my sympathy and patience are waning, and I hope that Tim Hortons can improve their service to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.

The first time I was there it was a bit confusing where the line was. Lots of people standing and waiting for there food in the same spot the line should be. Very busy too. We normally go to the one by Home Depo but it's under renovation. We are also out of town workers.

Disappointing experience, went in to get a bagel and a few drinks and I was told they aren’t serving food, then proceeded to serve the next customer exactly what I had asked for. Why bother advertising your food option when you refusing to sell them to people?

I feel like I'm in a Seinfeld episode everytime I stop here on a bike ride...no soup for me I guess :(
