Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Truck dumped the concrete on my front lawn before our job was done. My guys had to shovel it off of a tarp. AVOID at all costs.They also over charged me without my authorization above and beyond the agreed amount. Do not give them your credit card!

Evil scammers beware. Driver arrives at the job site and demands the payment right away and we did. Then tried to back up and says he can not get back up the alley way despit the 20feet entrance over 15 feet width of the alley. Then somebody from Bathurst ready mixed calls and says he is the owner of the truck and he will Damage his truck for a small amount of concrete pour. The driver refused to shift the shoot a bit and back up. He then keeps 300$ and returns the rest of money and takes off. When I call to customer service to at least give me receipt and she hang up on me.

Great company to deal with. Patricia is amazing . She organized the concrete delivery , pump truck as well and everything was so perfect ! Drivers are very knowledgeable and great to deal with ! Would highly recommend this company to everyone who asks !!

Alert, Be careful, bunch of scammers, Scammers and dishonest. They charged me more on how many cubic meters I used, I used three he charged me for four. They charged me 2 hrs extra time spent. The truck was in my house for 1 and a half hours in total and half hour was to clean it. When I called office and complained, they gave me this lie that they have a GPS. Never again, Do not recommend to anyone. be careful was overcharged by 400 dollars. dishonest business and hope they will be caught on this dishonesty.

Have been using them for my industrial contracting business for years, have never let me down. Would highly recommend.

This company is as crooked as they come. When they arrive on site they ask for payment before any concrete is off loaded. Then it takes15 minutes for their in-experienced drivers to set up the truck and in most cases they don't know what they're doing. So after 15 minutes it takes to start off loading they wait 15 minutes more then stop and ask for $60 before continuing with the off loading. You pay for 32 MPa air entrainment and they give you 25 MPa no air. Be aware of this practice with this company , they expect you to off load 1 meter every 10 minutes . The concrete is garbage , mostly water , sand and gravel not much cement. As for the people who answer the phone when you call this so called company, they have no regard for anyone. They don't advise you of the charge after 1/2 hour nor do they give you a receipt AFTER PAYMENT. The only concern they have is filling their pockets with the consumers hard earned money. This company should be investigated by the CRA for all the CASH deliveries they make. Twice they were late by over 2 hours for delivery , when you have 3 employees waiting around for concrete to arrive for over 2 hours it becomes costly. Yet they give no discount for being late, but when you go over the off load time by 1 minute they stop off loading and wont start again unless you pay them $60 CASH every 15 minutes. When asked for a receipt they ignore you. When they finish off loading (what they call concrete) they leave a mess on the street and take off. The law states that all concrete delivery companies must have their own dispensing unit attached to the trucks , AND IT IS ILLEGAL FOR ANY CONCRETE TO BE DISPENSED INTO THE CITY SEWERS.

This company is a scam artist , I hope their concrete is of good quality, Never give your credit card number. They purposely dump more concrete on your job site so they can charge more.

My third time using Bathurst ready mix was the same as the first and second. They quoted a number then claimed I used more than I estimated. I'm a contractor I told them, I have a calculator and can do simple math. I only used them because I was desperate. They are total SCAM ARTISTS. Never again, will I use them. Frank.

These people are criminals, the are rude and offensive, dealing with them you feel trap because already have your credit card. All conversations of any concern get completed with abusive expletives. BEWARE
