Carter was a great sales consultant! He showed us around the whole store and was very knowledgeable of different types of mattresses. He provided sufficient information for sofas and appropriate warranties and procedures to maintain the condition of each item we looked at. Thank you Carter for making our visit smooth and easy!

I recently had the urgent need for a new washer. I already knew what new machine I was looking for. I called The Brick in Saint John and CARTER REID looked after everything. You could not ask for better service! He was great to work with and followed up with everything he said he would. My machine was ready for pick up on time as he promised. Was in yesterday and met Andrew Wilson. We were looking for a mattress set. Andrew explored all options with us, and asked the questions to determine our needs. Andrew is very personable and friendly and answered our questions with knowledge and and patience. We came back today to make our purchase with Andrew and set up delivery. It was a good experience.

This is our second appliance purchase in less than two months at this location and the products and service are top notch.

I ordered two counter stools at the Saint John store with help from salesperson Carter Reid. Carter was helpful and knowledgeable and very easy to work with. However, when the order arrived for pickup, one chair was the wrong color. But thanks to great customer service in the store, we got everything straightened out the same day. The Brick has quality products at good prices, and I will definitely shop there again.

I bought a mattress today and dealt with Andrew from the sales team. He was very helpful and listened to what I was looking for and helped match me to the mattresses that would best suit what I was looking for. We purchased a mattress from Joanne and she was so helpful, after a couple of weeks we realized we were not comfortable and went back into the store to try other mattresses, we did find one that we thought would be a better fit and met with Andrew Wilson who was very grateful to assist us with ordering the new bed, (non in stock at present) and setting up a delivery to remove the new mattress and to deliver the other mattress. Joanne was not in that day but he bent over backwards for us even though Joanne was our first contact. Delivery was the best I have ever experienced from a retail company, they give you the date, a 3 hour window in that day and met it 100%, very professional service from sales team and delivery staff. Thank you so much for your kind professional service.! You will not be disappointed in the Bricks service!

We purchased multiple kitchen appliances from the Brick which offered the best deal, an excellent warranty service and fast delivery service. The SJ location had lots of items in-stock which wasn't the case at a lot of other retail stores that we visited. Shout out to Carter for helping us and patiently waiting for us to make decisions.
