SIS Roofing & Gutters

In July of 2021, SIS roofing quoted us to do a roof replacement on our home.The start date was supposed to be around September 2021. This date passed; we heard no correspondence from the company for months.The company finally answered again on Oct 25th, saying they would start the roofing job in November/December. These months came and passed. Nothing happened. Since then, the company has not replied to any of our messages, and their telephone numbers are now out of service.The company took a deposit of over $4,000 from us.We now have water leakage into our building from the heavy snowfall and rain on the roof that was supposed to be replaced.

Ryan and team were fantastic in their response to our gutters. They contacted us Wednesday and finished by Friday. Perfect work and will definitely recommend again to all my B.C. friends!! Thanks guys!!!

We hired SIS on contract to roof our new house in Summerland. The owner Jason ignored us, did not respond to texts or voice mails, and delayed the project for weeks. This is after he was paid a $12,000 deposit. I cannot believe how unprofessional his actions have been. On top of that, the 1 roofer he put on the job, Clint, has been the exact same. Never responding to texts or communicating with us at all with what days he will be working on our job. Often he says he will be there on a certain day if the weather is good, the day comes and goes with no sign of him, and no communication. SIS doesn't deserve to be hired with this level of unprofessionalism. We are very unsatisfied customers and will not be using them again in the future.

My experience with Jason and the SIS Roofing & Gutters team is that they are wonderful to deal with. Very professional and dedicated to doing a high quality job. They are incredibly supportive of other local businesses consistently as well over the years they have been in operation and that points to their character. I would recommend SIS Roofing & Gutters to everybody.

Do not use SIS if you want quality professional workmanship. Their workers damaged the eaves from putting the ladder against it while replacing the shingles and then we had trouble getting them back to fix it. There was clothing shoved in the eave on the front side of the house and loose nails all over the roof, we thought the eaves was plugged and paid 425.00 when it was clothing shoved in there from when they replaced the roof shingles. Their company refused to reimburse this money. When they finally came to fix the eaves they left 2 open holes where the eaves use to go to the wall and the West side of the eaves leaks and needs to be resealed as well. The owner Kevin will not return my calls or texts and my 86 year old mother is left to deal with this on her own. Beware of a company who rips off the elderly!!!!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Vista roofing is great locally owned family run business. They do amazing work. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new roof.

Promises promises. Undelivered promises. They came out and quoted in September. Really good guy came out. They kept pushing back the installation date again and again and again. Now it is mid December and I need to wait until next year now. I will be going with someone else now. The little guy like me and you clearly doesn’t matter to them. Without google I would have no voice.

We had Vista Roofing do a re-roof last week. They were very efficient and we had our new roof on in 2 days. We were very happy with the results and would highly recommend them.

Very happy with the new roof and gutters from SIS. They were by far the best price out of the quotes we got, yet the materials and install were high quality. Their office was responsive and considering COVID, they got the job done in a reasonable time (those poor guys worked through the heat wave). The crew was hard-working and friendly. Will definitely recommend them in the future.
