Glacier Bistro Starbucks

Store is disgusting, lots of flies inside, flies sits on the unwrapped straw, and they touch the straw drinking pout and hand it to you.To the staff of this store, can you not please touch the drinking part of the unwrapped straw? how sure are you that your hands are clean? Please put food safety first, you will make your customers sick.Can you also tell your owner or manager to put fly trap?We've been in other starbucks store, but this store is the worst when in comes to cleanliness and sanitation, you're drinks too taste not good.Goodluck , hope you will improve your service, to drinks quality and most of all cleanliness.

Staff were nice, however ROAST to Starbucks in general for not accepting cash as payment!! You business must accept cash as payment as it is the legal tender for payment!! If I had of known we would of we t else where in Watertown.

Why I just paid $7.25 for a simple iced coffee…. I’m not sure…Even though the reviews here do not paint a pretty picture, I was really looking forward to coming to the Glacier Bistro because they service Starbucks coffee. The shop was clean and nice, the staff was friendly and quick to greet me.I asked for an iced coffee with cream and simple syrup, the cashier rang it up and turned the debit machine to me.“$7.25” and there was an option to tip.Generally I have no problem leaving a tip especially at little coffee shops on the street but that was just outrageous.With the Starbucks label and being in a touristy town I was expecting a higher price, but not that high. At a real Starbucks my order would have cost me $4.15.On they’re board in the shop it says “iced coffee $4.25” where did that extra $3 come from…?I do understand that I did not bother to ask about the ridiculous price, partly because I didn’t want an awkward interaction and I was also un-caffeinated. I did peek at the receipt though, and saw that it was no joke.Assuming the extra $3 was for cream and simple syrup I see now that I could have saved money and asked for my coffee black, then taken it to the opposite counter where I could add my own cream and sugar for FREE.I’m not writing this so I get my money back, I just want to write the most honest review possible. Other then paying an arm and a leg for a coffee everything else was good.

I really don't know what people are griping on about. Service is great! Prices are great! Food is great! Drinks are great! I was able to get 4 drinks, a sandwich, juice, vegan protein bar for a child with dietary needs, all for $30.The kids there do a great job, are very polite and willing to help. The place was always packed with happy customers the several times I went.Pro tip, if you're not a jerk to those trying to help you, and if you smile, usually people are nice back. ;)

This is the worst Starbucks ever!!! BUNCH OF FLIES flying inside the store, expensive price and the worst service ever!!!! The three ladies are just chichatting in front they didn't served us immediately. I ordered Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino but it doesn't have a chocolate drizzle and chocolate chips on my whip topping this is my favorite drinks that's why I know what's in it! And the worst is the lady who made my drinks she touch the straw in drinking part and put in directly to my drink. VERY UNSANITARY and DISGUSTING! I don't recommend this place!!!

Everything here is extremely overpriced. We paid $45 for two sandwiches, a parfait, and a sparkling water. There are no prices on the menu, so the business preys on customers to mindlessly tap their card without checking the total cost. Stay away :(

This is the worst coffee that I had in my life. I will never buy coffee from this place again. This is a disgrace for the starbucks brand.

Be aware. The prices are *extremely* high. Paid $70 for 2 drinks, a salad and a sandwich. Could have gone to a restaurant and had proper sit down service for the same price.

Do yourself a favour and don't spend your money here. First of all it's not a Starbucks location, they do serve Starbucks coffee but that's about it. And if that's their only claim to fame, why not serve coffee from a competent local roaster? But back to the issue at hand, none of their items on the menu board have a price. I ordered a smoothie which they did not have the ingredients for and they simply told me off. A friend did order a different smoothie to the tune of $12.5! So for an iced tea which was horrendous, plus a smoothie, which by the way was equally undrinkable, he had to cough up $18. Shameful. And to top it off, the smootie was gritty with poorly blended ice and tasted very bad. I ķnow this because he had such a hard time drinking it that he shared it with me. After that I was glad that I hadn't bought one. We heard tons of complaints from different groups of customers that were sitting outside. Take a cue from us and just keep walking.
