We came here for the first time looking to trade in the truck and we were not disappointed!! Jo the salesman is super knowledgeable, and got us into a vehicle we love at a good price!! He deserves a raise !

The sales staff (Hadyn and Omer) made me feel welcome and were easy to deal with. The details of my used truck trade-in and purchase were handled efficiently and courteously. At no time did I feel a lot of pressure, even during the extended warranty discussions I had with Tim. Thank you to all the staff at Strickland's for making the purchase so pleasant. I really like my new used truck!

Josh Maloney is a stand up guy! He sold me a 2016 Toyota Corolla 3 years ago and a 2018 Toyota Rav4 in April. Both times he was incredibly thorough and gave me a lot of advice in regards to financing and choosing the right vehicle for myself. It is clear that his work ethic alone is stellar and I'm so confident to refer him to anyone looking to get themselves a new vehicle.Also, Tim Goodchild played a big part in finding me the best possible financing option (dropping my interest rate 10%.) Great with communication, and was totally committed to finding the best option to fit my budget (even when he was away from work due to an injury.)I can't say enough about these two, they are an awesome team. For those looking to purchase a car here, I have some advice:Don’t buy a used car in the winter, or at least if there’s ANY snow on it. We were specifically looking for rust and had to wipe snow away with our gloves, but didn’t notice the huge scrape/rust on the rocker panel until we picked up the car. It would have been nice to have been told about. It will cost hundreds of dollars to repair the rocker panel so that the rust doesn’t spread.Please check the dates on the tires. The car we bought was a 2012 and we found out that the tires on it are the originals, and will be 11 years old in a couple of months. They are dangerous and have to be replaced immediately. That’s approximately another $1000 we’ll have to spend.Know that you only get one key. We had to pay almost $200 to get another key from a GM dealership.

Had an amazing experience at Strickland with Colin as my sales man. Always had a smile and made me feel comfortable in my choices. He went above and beyond Shipping a car over for me from out of town. They were fast and affectionate but never rushed! Thanks for helping find my new beautiful ride!

Josh Cameron was great to work with as we discussed options for getting me into a new vehicle on short notice. Josh gave a few options, and I was able to get into a great new vehicle within a month or so. Josh was very reliable and detailed as we communicated, and the entire team were friendly with no pressure.

Had been thinking of selling an extra vehicle for a few months, heard the Strickland's jingle on the radio advertising that they will buy your car. Reached out via the online portal, had a response back from Colin Brisbois almost immediately. Colin was great to work with, kept me informed throughout the appraisal and all said and done I was out of there with a cheque for my vehicle in about an hour.
