I'm short and small but these guys made me feel big and tall. Seriously, the customer service is excellent and the in-house tailor is the BEST in Langley. He's always hemmed my pants right on the spot, which I really appreciate. Overall, the entire experience has always been great.

I had a shipping error, and customer service has been amazing helping us receiveour order.George Richards is my husbands go-to place for clothing. It's great we can find in-style and popular brand clothing that fits his 6'6 frame.They are not the cheapest. Mind you, you get what you pay for (they carry quality clothes). I always try to shop sales, and we are signed up to receive emails about new products and sales. Which I totally recommend.

Tariq was a great help for us! We walked through 3 different stores and couldn’t find the right sizes but they had them all. He was super kind and patient with us and we appreciate his help getting the pants hemmed on short notice! Will be back!!

Great Service!!.I needed a coat 2XLT . Sold out online. The one I bought online was too big, Ash gave me a full hassle free refund. He went online for me and found the size I wanted in another province. He had it shipped to the store and put it aside for me. He called me to let me know. It took me over a week to get back to the store and he had it waiting for me. Above and beyond ! Great price also. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks!
