Nice friendly staff. We love Dr. Hussain. Both my boys see her. You can really tell she cares about her patients.

Patient and understanding staff. Very considerate and kind.

Long waiting time in the room until the doctor arrives, never left in one hour always more, so slow. Why the waiting time while I hear the doctors chatting. Our time is valuable too, we have other things to do and work we need to get back to.

Appointment booked for 3pm. Didn’t see the doc til almost 4:30pm. Absolutely ridiculous. Inefficiency at its finest.

How does it take 7 days to send a prescription renewal to the pharmacy. Told it would be done by the end of the day when we called TWICE because it wasn't done when told we could pick up originally.Friday after close, at the pharmacy...quess what??? Prescription NOT filled. Daughters been without her DAILY meds for 4 days now.Incompetent staff, uncaring, no regard for childs wellbeing. The prescription isnt a Flintstone gummy vitamin. She needs it to survive.Pharmacy is no better. No follow-up with faxed renewals. Rude pharmacist. How is filling a prescription MY responsibility? They are paid 100k plus for this service.I guess Covid makes faxing and counting pills difficult for these overpaid front-line" professionals."

I see dr kerr. He is amazing! Also love the receptionist she always gets my son in asap. Definitely a clinic that cares

I wouldn't recommend. When my sons doctor is on holidays we either have to go to emerge or wait for the doctor to return, they do not have anyone to cover their vacation/patients. It's extremely frustrating. Will try to find another doctor elsewhere.

Seriously!! I drive 2 hours to come and see dr Kerr!!! He is great!! Kind and compassionate!! Best dr we have!

I don’t recommend Dr. Asmaa Husain, she discharged our newborn daughter from the St.Thomas hospital before getting all the testing back that was ordered by the ER doctor. 2 days later our daughter was in critical care at the Children’s Hospital in London. Simple neglect could have been detrimental to our daughter if we didn’t follow our own instincts.

Been trying for 3 days to get a simple doctor's note for my daughters daycare with no response from doctors VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. receptionist is very rude and doesn't care about children's well being. My daughters been now 3 days without her daily meds at daycare. VERY UNIMPRESSED with the service and rudness of the receptionist.
