Even if you have tracking number there's no Canadian contact number that you can call and speak with real person.I never used this company and I'm not recommending it to anyone who's time is valuable.

Worst delivery company ever... didn't bother ringing or knocking on door just stuck delivery notice on door and left, even though someone was home and waiting. Customer service on their website is atrocious, won't help at all and then chat just gets cut off. I hope I never have anything delivered from this company again. Still haven't received my package so here's hoping it does show up

No notice left. Driver has tried delivering in mid-day; I work from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. He left garbled message on phone with no instructions. Company I bought from indicated they would use Canada Post. What a shame they didn't. Loomis doesn't seem to have any drop-off point near my apt where I can pick up.

Customer service is garbage and they have no parking. Was going to ship a parcel to alberta and they wanted $100. I shipped it thru Canada post for $38.

I cannot stand a company that makes it deliberately hard to get information. On the due date, my package's status was changed to Attempted delivery - nobody home"...except my spouse WAS home

One day I may get my package! :) I'm always home during the day... Two attempts from them leaving a delivery slip saying my package will be kept at their location for 5 days. Went there and no package. I've put the two signed slips on my building front door and wrote to leave the package at the door. Not sure I will try to retrieve my package again. It will be more costly than the price of the item itself. :) :) :) And I could go on and on about the website, signage, lack of security at their location...

i wasnt expect that i will leave a review online just for a courier, but here i am. just as people 1 star reviews, all those 1 star review things are true. i wish i can choose something else for online shopping. enough said.if you guys can't do the courier right, don't do it, just concentrate on business moving.

I have had the unpleasure of dealing with the Loomis customer service on live chat 3 times. Each time they have been no help whatsoever and then cut you off and end the chat.As for the drivers, a couple times we have waited for a delivery and they show up and stick a note on the door and take off. No ringing of the buzzer, knock on the door, nothing. This is even with a large note on the door saying someone is home, please ring!! It's a shame that companies still use this delivery service even after the amount of negative reviews that are posted. Put the dam package in the mail, gheesh!!

A bit complicated to get here if you use OC Transpo, but it is what it is.Chat assistance works fast and good. Received my package fine and secure, without any damages.Package has been delivered in two days, because I asked for hold on when it was picked up for delivery, so I got it next day.

I agree with most of these comments. They delivered to my place, then just stopped, and I had to pickup somewhere else, just because they wanted to cut cost on delivery. This was food delivery passed to them.another package was left for a full day without pickup, causing us not to receive it for the rest of the weekend until Monday. And that's if it even will show up on Monday.
