My son has been taking guitar lessons here. We are happy about the good quality of the lessons, the friendly staff and nice service.

Talk about customer service! Donald went above and beyond what I was expecting when I went there to have my electric guitar fixed. Not only does he know an exceptional amount about music itself but has a wealth of knowledge of repairing instruments. This is now my only go to for lessons, accessories, new instruments, etc.Thank you Donald!

Attention! If you want to take violin lessons and buy/rent a violin, be sure to ask about the actual price. When you ask for the price of lessons and instruments, the clerk always tells you a range (there is no price on the shelf), but the actual price will not be known until you actually rent or buy after completing the trial lesson. She'll tell you that a registered class is typically maybe $35 to $40 for a half hour, and if you sign up for the registrion lesson, the trial lesson is free. If you complete the trial lesson and are not satisfied, please pay $50 for a drop-in class". You wouldn't expect an introductory violin lesson for a 7 year old kid (and the teacher is almost 20 years old)

Very excellent teacher. My kid is learning ukulele here. We also bought a ukulele there! They have many options for instruments and lessons. A good place to go! Highly recommend :)

We had a really bad experience with this place.First, the quality of the violin instructors. They are hiring college youths who know how to play violin but not necessarily know how to teach. Some were good and others were not good at all. They lack of using easy and friendly language when communicating with my 4 year old.Secondly, and it is one of the most annoying things, are payments and dates. They don’t don’t keep good track of the payment versus the lessons attended which led to over charging us all the time. Also, they send us notifications for appointments we didn’t book so we had to call and clarify that. It happened many times that’s why I write this in the review (not one or two times mistake)Over all bad experiences. What made me realize how this is a very bad experience is when I dealt with other places. My eyes opened to the quality of customer service and music education provided to my kid.Last thing, there is no curriculum or program to follow when teaching the violin. It’s always random and unorganized instruction which makes it hard for parents to follow up with their kids.

Watch out for this branch!!!! They are all over the place with their invoicing and don’t track the dates correctly. The amount of times I’ve had to correct them has been too many to count. After leaving they have now just told me that they “realized” that I didn’t pay last May!!!! I am very happy I found a more professional place to take my child. I would also recommend you check out the teachers (not all of them) before you sign up. The majority of “teachers” aren’t teachers at all. Rather individuals who know how to play the instrument. Overall a very bad experience and so thankful that I got to see how much better other institutions are!!!

Not recommended for guitar repairs. I took in my Les Paul-style guitar since Long & McQuade's guitar tech is on holidays and this was the closest shop to me that offered guitar repair services. They did the basics, intonation adjustment etc. However, the issue I brought the guitar in for, fret buzz, was not addressed. I should have known this wasn't going to be a good experience when the person who took down my information did not take any notes about the guitar repair. Friendly staff, but look elsewhere for guitar repairs.

Such a great place to buy and learn ukulele lessons. And don’t let me get started about the customer service! The people there are so kind and so helpful towards me. It was such a quiet and peaceful environment and I really recommend coming to this place!

Great experience and fantastic staff. My daughter is learning how to play the piano and in 3 months she has learnt so much! Her teacher is great and very informative. Always let's us know what my daughter needs to work on and what she is doing well.
