Ladies out there who need a good bra and are having trouble finding one go to Elizabeth Valentine. They will work with you until your bra fits perfect. They are so soft and comfortable to wear. I'll be ordering another one shortly. The first one didn't fit and Susan said fit to me and not to worry about damaging it because they could still use it in the shop. Susan is great at answering any questions that you have and it very prompt at answering emails. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Elizabeth Valentine!!

I recently purchased one of EV's bras for women with gigantomastia- previously I hadn't even known that anyone made bras for people like me. I was a little hesitant about it at first, but Susan made the process so much easier and more comfortable than I was expecting! She worked with me to get every measurement that I think it's physically possible to take, designed a custom bra made to my exact measurements, asked for my input on its aesthetics, and I could not be happier with the results. Yes, it will cost a bit more than buying from a company that works at industrial scales, but the sheer quality and attention to detail you get from Elizabeth Valentine is second to none. The final product is gorgeous, durable enough to have held up to everything my daily life has put it through so far, and so, SO comfortable. I cannot tell you how nice it is to not hate my bra anymore, or how many compliments I've gotten from friends and coworkers about how much nicer I look in something that fits me properly.I am absolutely an EV customer for life, and I hope they stay in business for a long, long time.

Quality, crafts(wo)manship and communication. Honestly the top three things you want when exclusively dealing with a business online.Through dozens of emails, measurements and even a phone call -- Susan has helped me find what I will say are probably the most perfect bras. This company is in Delta BC, and I reside in Ontario. So going there for a fitting was not happening.Before my final purchase, I got the tester bras in a couple of different sizes and styles to test out what worked. Best idea. Noted the ones that did fit and sent the whole package back to complete my order. The two that I purchased were made to order and came in such beautiful colours. I purchased a lilac wire-free, and a nude tone wired bra. Both came with medium width straps, a decent width band and the stitching on them is top notch.I feel that I have become a legitimate pen-pal in the amount of communications that we have shared; with a raging pandemic, west coast provincial fires and just daily busy-ness it was really refreshing to have a business that truly communicated with you and made you feel like a valued customer and not just more cash in the drawer.10/10 would recommend. It fells so high quality compared to all the other bras that i have!Even the package that the bras come in are very colorful and special.All my customization were fully fulfilled and the customer service was really fast and helpful.The branding and the design of the bras is great. You can clearly see the attention to details.The outcome is a very unique bra with a very unique signature.You will totally fall in love with the fabric and the design.Super recommended :)"
